I mix 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar with 2 tbsp sugar free Vimpto, ice and roughly 400ml water and it just tastes like cold fizzy fimpto x x x
I have apple cider vinegar capsules which have no taste and good price on Amazon! X
2 teaspoons, mixed with half a lemon, honey, fennel seeds and hot water 👌🏽 drink with a straw as it’s not great for your teeth! You will eventually get used to the taste!

I’ve heard you’re not supposed to just take the Apple cider vinegar without mixing it a bit as it’s so acidy and can damage your throat/gut. Not sure if that’s all true but yeah. Also read that you shouldn’t take more than a table spoon of it so it feels as if you took way too much😅

Yes that’s very true. It should only be a teaspoon too. There are ACV gummies that you can eat daily which is what I do and so much easier and taste yummy too!

For the carrot ribbons you can easily do it with the potato peeler. Gives you nice long very thin ribbons. So good for cooking or salads 👌🏼

A little tip with the vinegar drink. Use a real shot glass! Shoot it back fast. You really don’t need that much. It does work wonders... I just eat lots of dill pickles and I get the same benefits.

I like the italian sparkling lemon and mint from Aldi, worth a go. If you drink fresh lemon and mint regularly it's worth popping a mint plant in a pot in your garden. It grows well, will save you some pennies and will give you a never ending supply of mint. Plus you know its organic as grown it yourself.

Try half a squeezed lemon, one teaspoon of applecider vinegar, and 1-2 teaspoons of honey (anti-inflammatory) maybe a pinch of ginger, then add boiling water and drink as a tea! I've had that every morning for years and I'm almost never sick, also i feel more energetic. Also it's really tasty! 😊☕

I tried to adopt, but due to the corona virus, everyone seem to have gone cat and dog crazy. Shelters have a rather long waiting list atm. I ended up going to a breeder for my 2 kittens. Before you ask, I had planned to get them since last year
If someone wants to buy a cat/pet from a breeder rather than adopting it’s fine. You don’t see people say “have you considered going to a breeder” when they adopt an animal. There are pros and cons to both options.

If you find yourself having a lot of water infections, you could always try drinking cranberry juice. There are also cranberry tablets to chew on. They really help to prevent the water infections. I am a nurse and we have a lot of patients that take / drink this, because of that reason. Just a little tip that might help you :)

Put a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with your lemon and mint water, the taste of lemon and mint is strong it will definitely cover up the taste of apv. Also if it gets too sour, honey is amazing and healthy as well.
I have apv every day with lemon and ginger water + honey and it also doesn’t show if you wanna try that out.

And omg its refreshing you won't taste the cider at all and it gives you heaps of energy because its a great liver cleanser ..

For the ACV...there are several ways to do this. Some take it as a shot...I can’t eek. 1. ACV+ hot water + lemon is the base. Some add ginger, cayenne pepper and honey. I sometimes add or subtract some or all of those things. But my typical is just the base. It’s not that bad this way. I usually drink 32 oz of water with this first thing in the am. Love your vlogs 💕
I dilute 2tbsp of ACV in lemon squash and water. The lemon makes the vinegar seem less harsh xx
