    This is why you HAVE to get simple carbohydrates back into the body after high intensity workouts to inhibit gluconeogenesis and elevate blood sugar to release needed Insulin. Thank you for the video! I can now connect this to real life application.

    Great work! The hierarchy was very very helpful for providing a big-picture context to understand how both pathways are controlled.

    These enzymes can be confusing, especially when you have phosphorylation causing de-activation of a kinase. I needed a concise review of the material, and you nailed it. Keep on teaching!!
