why are people disliking the video? are you deleting comments? what are the main complaints? I thought this video was phenomenal, and thank you very much for it!
Sending you blessings!!!! Thank you so much for your wisdom and knowledge! I have been having pain for so many years and I know this will help heal me. I am so grateful for you. God bless you!
This video is going to save me!! Thank you so much! I can really feel the stretch! I have such tight lats and might finally be able to fix them and my posture! I’m going to do this everyday until I fix my posture. Thank you!
I haven't done a video on frozen shoulder. If you have a frozen shoulder, that is really an injury that requires professional care. I would seek out a professional in your area. Good luck!
These stretches loosened the jammed infraspinatus in back of my right shoulder. Thank you. I have an ache in the scapula nerve deep in blade. Any specific stretches? Myofascial trestment hasn't worked. It alleviates but returns. Thx
Thanks a lot! Honest question, please bear with the explanation. Besides shoulder mobility, some say lats also impact the hips and lower limbs. I've been having front thigh and lateral hip pain for years on the right side. Biking, doing deadlifts and good mornings aggravates it. But carrying my niece around on my shoulders almost seems to make it better. I also can't get into a good stretch for my right glute, but after seeing this video I tried doing a good morning really focusing on activating my lats and now I can get a stretch there. Could it be tight and/or underactive lats that's somehow creating a "compression/impingement" in my hip and thigh?
The lats do attach down pretty low so they possibly could have been effecting the area you discuss. Also, being such a large muscle group, adhesions in them can significantly effect your body mechanics leading to a number of other injuries/problems. Good luck!
I'm right hand dominant, recently feeling tight on my upper left side, my left shoulder also seems to be a bit wider-bigger than my right. When I raise my left hand directly upwards and stretch my hand straight upward above the head I can hear a some snapping or cracking sound, it also feels like something is grinding on the shoulder joint or shoulder blade joint I myself am confused. Note that there is no pain at all just discomfort. Tried some stretching from YT still didn't go away. Can you please please give some suggestions?
Give these stretches a try for a few weeks. Also, check my channel for other shoulder stretches/fascial release techniques. We have quite a few. Good luck!

I have uneven shoulder but when I do lat stretches my shoulder are perfect so they are uneven because of lats muscle tight?
Sounds like it.

Great video thanks. Yeah I have tight lats and I stretch with one arm but I don't have my palms up like you say. I'll have to try this.
You'll definitely feel a difference with the palm up!
@@OcraMedHealth Sorry for the change of subject but I need to find out how to stretch the muscles of the thumb located in the palm side...thanks...

It often happens while doing overhead press the lat tightness resist the overhead arm position
Work those stretches! Good luck my friend!
