if i have a far away iron mine should i make new colonies closer to that mine, put a storage there and my question is should i uppgrade the houses there to smiths and armor creation artisans or should theese artisans be in the big town?

Honestly I made a road and some burgage plate there with a storehouse for rich mines. Then have them transport it back to the big town to the artisans. Might not be a bad idea. Mainly because they will need to carry it back and forth anyways and you don’t want to confuse the 2 storehouses leaving them both open for artisans crafts like weapons imo

In the first season you only want to build 5 houses because new families wont come to your village under your approval is going up. It is a waste of resources as you still have to pay upkeep for unoccupied homes. Gambeson is the basic leather armor you use to upgrade your basic troops. You cannot make metal armor unless you chose that skill in the town menu.

How the fuck do you beat the all powerful war lord I can take every bandit camp have an army of 200 soldiers and archers before the land lord claims my land like I'm nothing hired 180 worth of bandits and still lost wtf I get the game needs a challenge I've hit this wall every time yeah I guess I could get better before the trolls come out
