I work in a restaurant that has recently converted from a sort of buffet restaurant to a dine-in restaurant, I have found that there is a art to serving & I like the job because as a server I feel that I am the product & hold one of the most important jobs in the restaurant. I really love these videos, I'm not a waiter myself but as I am very young I see myself having to work as one one day and these videos are really informative! I think that the videos could be shorter if they were a bit more planned as there are some parts where you're thinking about what to say next, but I appreciate everything you do to help us to be better and to improve our lives!
