This video is really helpful.. I had an experience with guest during serving the drinks. I was serving the beer bottles and one guest try to help me and took one bottle from my serving tray and i loose balance, everything fallen down. It was so sudden that i couldnt able to recognize it.

How do you prevent your food tray from flipping over on the stand when you hand them out to a table?
You take one plate from one side, then from the other and so on. Make sure the tray is right in the middle of the stand.
