Good exploit, but honestly niantic need to remove that speed cap or increase the maximum speed
Even when walking I got speed restriction😂
Or decrease the down time because they take alot time to restore, I play on public transport be it bus or train by the time it restores I am at the next train station
Pokemon Go initially did not have a speed cap, or at least it was incredibly lenient in the beginning. It’s basically to cover their asses if there are any sort of legal troubles arise (which they did).
I think this was done for safety reasons. Out of all the Niantic games, MHNow is the most dangerous due to how engaging and complex the combat is, it requires your focus (which direction to dodge, when and how to attack, etc.) and as a result it takes away your environmental awareness IRL more than any other AR game.
Not gonna lie, I played the other Niantic games and never did I feel in danger from any of them. But even just walking while playing MHNow can get me disoriented and have me walk left or right accidentally sometimes.
So I ALWAYS find myself needing to stop when hunting, in order to be safe and focus.

Yeah I dunno if you played much Pokémon go but that’s not really Niantic’s style, hopefully they will be better at that with this game
The least niantic can do is to allow the palico to collect materials while on speed lock
Also just seeing which monsters are around, when I drive to work on my bike I stop at gathering areas (2 big with multiple spots on the way). But if I'd see the monsters I'd know where to stop if I need a specific part (like the last fricking Anja Tail I need for my LBG rn and after 10 Anjas still not have gotten)

As the title says though, they patched it. It still works, but you have to do it a lot more because the window is only seconds now

For me these list of Niantic that need to adjust/patched:
-Passenger mode
-wider range
-guaranteed rewards (as if you can definitely carved the piece out of it
-potion usage/limit (hope it's craftable)
-optimization
for now...

I have been doing somthing like this since the early release in Canada if you close the game and reopen it works like this but you can also open any other app like maps or your browser foe a few seconds then come back to the game the map reloads and you have 5 to 10 seconds to click on stuff I wrote a reddit post about this

This, i need this, when going home i see a lot of straight line kind of main road that have lots of poke-stop thingy n monster spawn, but you will get speed restriction anyway cuz there's no stopping or slowing down, n i always miss a lot of them

No longer works as of today's update :( . Loading screen feels like it takes longer now oh and LBG gun recoil and reload skill doesn't seem to work for the first few clips.

Yup! I'm pretty sure they fixed it with the update that just happened. I've been doing this since the video came out. I updated this morning and now it isn't working!😭😭

Basically just force a loading screen.
Ironically going in and out of the character creation screen took almost the same time as closing and reopening the whole game.
So yeah you can choose what works better for you.
I’ve had similar results by reloading the game while traveling. You only get a few seconds before the game catches on just repeat the process.

Tip: there's no need to go into the "edit appearance" and wait so long for it to reload everything, just exit the app (not close), or open the management of open apps, and come back in after a few seconds. Takes less time.

Yeah i do exploits too,but its for referral codes,so i can get 100 potions ,6000 zennys ,and 60 paintballs one per month

I've found an other exploit to optimize your hunting, if you fall down to 0 HP in a fight, just force close the app and log in back after 12 min, boom you'll be back at full HP. Works for my friends and I either full HP either 75+ HP which is enough to hunt again anyway !
I ride a bus and subway on my commute into the city for work so this is so clutch…I didn’t understand why it’s not the same as Pokemon Go since there the same devs seems kinda stupid

It's a good exploit, but I found another one while playing as a passenger: if you leave the app open and access other ones for a while (like 30 seconds) and then return to it, the game will take away that speed limitation and reload in the current location, allowing you to quickly gather materials or access a fight against a monster. Works faster from my experience
Dude they patched this :(((( just realized this morning it says error I imagine it’s when ur moving fast and the monster leaves the circle before u press hunt it registers as network error ; u we’re getting too much steam on this video!!!!! RIP
I usually just wait until we hit a red light and then quickly gather or go into a hunt, but this is way better! I'm totally going to try this later...As a passenger of course!

it works in a way that you can pick up 1 monster after picking up a loot if you're quick enough. personal opinion is that it's not worth the effort as your game is likely not that good on the train or in a car. I would rather lose out on a monster than a potion or 2, at least for now, based on the pricing and potion design. lol.
Speed lock on this is more sensitive than pogo. You can't even play as a passenger.

I’m sure we can figure out how to exploit it again; so far I’ve discovered the network error appears because of the speed/speed notification not because of leaving the circle like I thought at first
You can still do this, the monster NEEDS to be in the circle when you begin the hunt tho
So even if I deleted this info on Reddit it’s still going around. I’ve done all I can…

Glad to know this is a thing. I really don't see the point of this restrictions if you are a passenger. To make matters worse, is not like an identical game like Pokemon Go doesn't allow you to play the game while moving faster. Oh wait, IT DOES.

Swapping apps and swapping back also makes everything spawn for me. For like 5 seconds just like that. 💪

I kinda wish 15MPH would be okay other wise can’t see anything or I would be okay with fully speed but can’t click on anything so when you got to drive around your city to find a monster you need looking at you black diablos lol because I did not like that event that much I felt like it encourages you to drive in stead of walk just my opinion tho
I drove and tried to play, I couldn't do it same time so I parked, finished the battle then stop playing till I got to the park lol😅

when you click your not a driver its your word that its safe for you to play shouldn't even need a exploit to play as a passenger its not their job to parent people

It wasn't working for me late today while going 60+ so I think they might of fixed it. Haven't tested at lower speeds.

Why doesn't your Pamlico heal you when you are low on health in battle? It could even full your health once after every fight, or at least back to hunting health.
Get rid of the health cap for ..hunting... that too, let me hunt big mons at 1 health of I want.

I'm sick right now and so i'm not able to go out (not really), so i just used a fake-gps-app to still play the game. I thought i would delet the app when i´m healthy again, but now i don't know if I am able to do this now ☠ Hopfully my account wouldn't get banned, that would have been a waste of my lifetime

im not amused, i hoped to play while driving, but entering and exiting character customisation screen takes so long, and you have only few secons of active map.. i rate this exploit 2/10
Can you use a vpn to play in another country? because the resources are so small in my place
i don't now really, but when you just use a app to fake your gps location (there are a bunch of them in the playstore), it only works for me when your'e near by your real location. I think probably because of the location of the internet signal? idk. Maybe it works with a vpn. (I don't recommend it, i just used (and only used) the app because i'm sick at the moment, i will (definetly) delete the app when i'm healthy again)
Monster doesn't pop up if u jump to another place, use fake gps after u run the game.

I believe spoofing is fine as long as it doesnt effect other people. if anything their more likley to spend money on potions to support the game. however, if pvp aspects come into the game, I would be on board with banning spoofers ( myself included ) since it would effect others enjoyment of the game. I did nerf myself though by not doing the diablos event though.

Supposedly it still works under 40mph but I haven't tested it myself. But that's why I changed the tile :)
