North 2 made me tear up , I don’t even remember when was the last time i cried , this anime is why we love anime 🤍
It was easily one of my favorite stories in Pluto and to finally see the story with actual music to accompany it was breathtaking

I was tearing up a bit when reading the manga, the music and animation made me cry like my mom left me

Btw, the "Atom" kid at the end it's supposed to be Astro Boy, the first anime of all time. This story it's based on an part of the Astro Boy series.
Also, the anonymous doctor who healed sir Duncan is Black Jack.
@@shehmoa nice touch I saw was that Black Jack's English voice actor has voiced Black Jack several times and whenever they use this actor for medical scenes in animes he uses the same Black Jack voice it's like they type cast him as the medical voice
They are perfect for each other, as North 02 can't emote and looks scary but Duncan can't see. And Duncan is consumed by hate his whole life but North 02 is the purest goodest most patient boy who wants to learn piano.
This anime is a huge masterpiece, Urasawa is a Genius

hahahaha Same. I just finished binge watching it "today". I watched episodes 1 to 3 from 0:30 to 4 am, slept a few hours and now I finished it. Damn it was great! And just a few hours ago we got this. Nice!

4:33 It's funny you say that because Astroboy is from the 50's, so the author considered that a distant future where all these inventions could be plausible was 2003.
9:37 astro boy is from the same time as i robot so many people believe that tesuka was inspired by asimov's works but the 50's were different times it could take years for a work to be translated so there are also those who believe that osamu tesukawasn't inspired by asimov and simply reached the same conclusions by different means
The whole anime is going to be one season, 8 episodes, about 1 hour each
There is something inside the storm, which is the same thing that destroyed Montblanc. Something that is not a robot, nor human, is a real monster.

Reminds me of Marcus in Detroit. But North 2 didn’t had a person who supported him from the beginning.
It’s interesting too how these robots are not bound to orders like Detroit. Was funny how even telling him to leave he can still choose not to without a struggle.

The storm is caused by 'something not human not robot' so North 2 went to fight it in order to protecc his master, but in the process he was killed but completed his objetive, protecc his master.

why should I watch a show that is taking place in germany, switzerland, bohemia, scotland etc. in japanese and ruin the whole immersion for me? Maybe some people out there are not a weeb like you and refuse to listen to anything else than japanese audio.
