Melbourne, Australia based band, Thornhill, make music that harkens to flavors of modern metalcore, showcasing what can be made of heavy rock and rock music when there are no borders. Where their debut album, ‘The Dark Pool’ touched fans with its mix of crushing riffage and atmospheric metalcore, their sophomore album ‘Heroine’ found Thornhill flexing their skills in the alternative and rock worlds, referencing the sonic tapestry from the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins and Red Hot Chili Peppers, to Silverchair and Deftones. This live version of RAW is way better than the studio version especially the harmonies from Ethan and Nick so good I can't wait to see Thornhill open up for Northlane in July with Windwaker and Invent Animate In Charlotte NC.
