W. A. MOZART - Le nozze di Figaro - Master’s Program in Opera Performance

f in the past years the students of the Master's program delighted us with The Magic Flute, La Cenerentola or The Elisir of Love, this year their work focuses on Acts I and II of The Marriage of Figaro by W. A. Mozart.
Liceu Cambra thus incorporates into its program the representation of this fundamental work in the opera buffa with a cast formed entirely by students of this academic program with musical direction by Alejandro Roca and stage direction by Paco Azorín.
The work done has been complemented with the teachings of a great figure of the opera, specialist in the opera worked and with great experience in its representation, which on this occasion will be the great bass-baritone Carlos Chausson. The Master in Artistic Teaching in Opera Performance taught by the Centro Superior Liceo has established itself as a professionalizing offer for young lyric singers with great talent, who have the opportunity to prepare and perform a title of the great repertoire under the guidance of great experts in operatic scene and interpretation.
