I can beat mega man 2 right now on my 3ds. It was hard at first, but now I got it. The only reason I could beat it is once you get the game in the Nintendo eShop you have a virtual console menu at the bottom screen which allows you to create checkpoints anywhere in the game. So if I'm at the door to defeat a boss I can create a checkpoint and if I died I can go back on the bottom screen and press "Load Restore Point" to go back. It's very useful and that's mainly the reason why I can beat mega man 2.
Even getting the weapon capsules (weapon health)? Now I'm a pro on dodging those lazers without flashman's time freeze. Don't worry you will beat it sometime!
MY GOD. Why can't they make a decent list? GTA SA, GTA V, CoD4, CoD MW2, CoD WaW, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, Gears of War are easily in the top 20.
