When Geoff does his solo music, he does use instruments. Also Geoff's cover of Blackbird really shows off a lot of his range as well. I really enjoyed the video, i love learning more about the mechanics of singing.
High and dry is another cover from geoff and is one my favorite, shows more of his uper range
I love Geoff! Wonderful human and wonderful voice. ❤ Shenandoah is one of my favorites of his.
It doesn't matter what range he's singing in, his tone, clarity and diction are all wonderful! Definitely give a listen to his covers of 'Blackbird' and 'High and Dry' to hear most of his wonderful 5 octave range! Nice reaction, thank you! 🙂👍
If you want more Geoff he's done Over The Misty Mountains Cold from Lord Of The Rings. It's very rumbly and soothing.

To hear most of his range you need to listen to Geoff's cover of the Beatles Blackbird. For pure fun listen to his cover of Elvis Presley's Way Down! (Also in his cover of Way Down, he hits a C1...!)
He has a great back catalogue. I hope you do react to more. I'd recommend Blackbird, Monster Mash and Sixteen Tons in particular.
just for you know that man can singe on nearly 5 octave... so yea that high voice was him if you want to see him flex his range go see oogie boogie or little mermaids medley from voiceplay ( he his the bass of that acapella group )
Geoff doesnt't make his own videos acapella, he uses plug ins for effect, and spends many hours choosing exactly the right ones to use. Geoff's voice is indeed very calming most of the time. Very snooth. :) His lowest note I believe is a B0 in Halo, with VoicePlay, and alone is a C0 in his own Way Down.
You need to hear geoffs cover of headless horseman you will love it
"Blackbird" and "Sixteen Tons" are other great covers he did with multiples of himself.
Geoff has an incredible range - (growl) A0 - Ab0, subharmonics B0, chest voice F#1, top end A5. My favorites of his solos - Blackbird, High and Dry, Way Down, Shenandoah, and his newest - Ghost Riders in the Sky. I'd like to hear what you think of VoicePlay's Wicked Medley.

Myles Kennedy- watch over you. The billboard live version. It is so beautiful. Myles is the lead singer of a heavy rock group alter bridge. Honestly you have to listen, it will give you goose bumps over his head voice.
I wouldn't consider Geoff a Basso profundo he has to use subharmonics to get that low. A true Basso profundo can sing all of that in chest voice only. Geoff is working on becoming one but he is a baritone bass right now. My range is F-1 to E4 yes I said F negative one.
