The problem with being a youtuber and then trying to do music is from the get go, you overexpose yourself without ever having a single song out. People will already have an idea of who you are and already have a preconceived notion of you, whether they like you, hate you, whatever. So your starting your music career on the bad foot. Plus, you have to get over the stigma of being a “RUclips musician” or a “RUclips rapper” immediately having people hate you bc they think you should stay in your lane. It doesn’t help that nearly all youtuber musicians that are successful are horrible (hi ksi).
