    can i just say i appreciate EVERYTHING abt this video and the amount of time this must have taken to edit... like u wrote down every action u did in the corner aswell as creating a script for us to understand, and then im not even talking abt the different sections when watching the vid and the time stamps,genuinely thank you for this, and thanks for your time! really appreciate it!

      He most likely used the Screencast Keys blender addon for the text in the bottom right. Still a good quality guide either way even with him not manually adding those.

    Best blender introduction video by far, all the others I've watched start basic then speed up and lose you in terminology, just found myself pausing and getting frustrated with other videos. Highly recommend this one to get started!

    I don't use blender that often, perhaps only a few days every 2-3 months. So I have to refresh my memory every time I want to start. I have bookmarked this video specifically for this purpose.

    A fantastic tutorial! I love how it doesn't bombard you with information, it's paced just right so segments don't drag on and become confusing, everything's adequately explained, and the video has labeled chapters for each piece of information :)

    the tutorial helped out and went from not knowing how to use blender when I downloaded it to looking at this tutorial and already know how to use it, at least the beginner stuff and can now use it for what I want to use it for.

    I didn't use Blender for so many years it felt like a totally new program. This video was really nice to get my orientation within the program back. I feel that from the edges/vertices/faces part on it was a bit too quick to follow one on one here and there, especially from the materials part on. But besides that this was super clear and easy to follow. Awesome tutorial. :D

      @@carbon.1534 for example, Ctrl + Numpad 7 shows you the top of the object, while Ctrl + Numpad 7 shows you the bottom of it, very useful to look on the object from the other side (180 degrees).

    Yes I found the video helpful, but, I just made little mistakes on losing light & camera, but, I took my time and tried
    my very hardest to follow and do the basics and make my cube by rendering, but, I got used to it, I didn't even get upset or anything I just kept trying by fixing it by keep trying everything
    I need to try, but, anyways it was helpful, thanks for the tutorial.

    it's very helpful so you can at least familar with the basic and how the
    menu tables are located. Not planning building 3d models from
    scracth for a living..I just need to modify Models that's been made here and there...such as decapitating models with different heads
    to make different character models. Make some fater.other skinnier...ect..ect

    I’m a beginner to Blender and I don’t know if this just happens to me but all functions that include ( Ctrl + B ) don’t work to me like expanding the middle points after poking faces and smoothing the edges of the couch’s legs on Wireframe mode etc.

    Nice video. However, whenever I go to the viewport shading menu, the options to increase the opacity of the image of the landscape background are not there any more. Might be a setting I have selected by default, or maybe blender got rid of it all together. Can anyone confirm?
