I will be amazed if there is a ninth season of Dance Moms. The show started out following a competition team who had all known each other since they were toddlers, and whose mothers were all gal pals. The current show follows a competition team that was assembled *specifically* for the show. That lack of authenticity will be the show's undoing.
I think as long as there’s enough juicy drama there may be a chance of it succeeding only time can tell

Recently just found out that jelly and her daughters were just there for the show when my while life i thiught hilly christi kelly and melissa were the ogs when really the igs were only christi and holly im oretty sure melissa and maddie were only there for the show tkk
I actually used to kinda hate abby because of how she treated her dancers but when i get to know her she is actually rlly nice and also treats her dancers rlly good! I feel rlly bad for judging her now

@@aliciafieler4909 I think the bashing n hating affected Chloe more. Not to knock Nia but, Chloe, being a better dancer, nearly always looked unsure of herself because of Abby. If Abby had given Chloe the treatment she gave Maddy, she would have shone like the star that she is.

You are a survivor and a thriver Abby, & an inspiration to so many of us! My new Cockatoo, Fly Honey the Ballerina Cockatoo of RUclips, is a HUGE FAN as we are. We were thrilled she knew the show and asked to watch it one day after we had had her for a couple months. She actually will practice along with the kids on the show and mimic their movements... so I can honestly say my fid (feathered kid) is learning from Abby Lee. Lol. You should see her light up when you come on.

Has she written a book about her prison experience? I would totally read it. You can just tell they treated her like shit in jail......and I would be interested in hearing the truth about what they put her through.....,what prisoners are subjected too on a daily basis.

Apart from the digs at the Ziegler’s it was a good interview. Although saying how she was wrong in having one star was upsetting as looking back you can see the love she had for maddie. Hopefully one day maddie,kenzie and Melissa can become civil with miss Abby. Their bonds were amazing and it’s such a shame on how the friendship ended so bluntly :(

My little brother had the same cancer as her when he was 14 (and yes it's usually found in boys in Africa). It's an awful disease, very happy that you overcame it! :)
abby was mean back then but i think the celeb wen't through her head then she realized when she got cancer that none o that matters.. look at all the dance moms and their kids who turned their backs on her, cept I see jojo still keeps in touch with her.
But she still thinks it's fine to mock Jojo. In reality the dance moms cast knows the real Abby and they are disgusted by her.

@@Thomassteven00 I saw how rough she was with the girls at times, but I also saw the good thing she did to, I saw the trip she took them on, I saw the party she gave them, I saw when she took them to get ice cream, I saw when she took them to the store and let them buy whatever they wanted to buy,I saw when she took the girls to the beach and let them have a day off of dance just to enjoy themselves, but people forget those things. I know that Abby Lee Miller is not perfect, and I know at times she can be a little rough at sometimes and sure she had to push them because she wanted them to strive to be the best,some days there were tears, and some days there were laughter's, but if it wasn't for Abby Lee Miller those girls in her dance class would not be where they are today, in their careers if it wasn't for her, because some of them are singers and dancers, and some of them are doing TV shows, today, so she really helped their careers get started, even if they don't want to admit it, and everyone knows that the producers, the directors and the writers! staged most of those incidents when she yelled at the girls and was calling them names to make them feel bad and crying, Abby Lee Miller said in one of her interviews, that she would go into her dressing room and cry because she did not want to treat the girls like that because people will get the wrong idea of her, but she said she signed a contract and she could not get out of it, so a lot of those incidents was staged just to make the dance Mom show look good, because people love to see drama, and that is how they get the ratings on the show, they didn't care what this was doing to those girls that is why Abby Lee Miller and those girls relationships it ruin today that is why I believe she was treating them and doing nice things for them because she felt bad. because when she was yelling at the girls and fussing at them because they were not keeping their foot straight, and their feets was bent,and she would always tell them to straighten their toes, and when they would not standing up straight in a straight posture, she was preparing them for when they get into professional dancing. Because if she never prepare them and taught them the right positions to dance in whenever they got on the stage to do those professional dances that they did on stage they could have had severe inury to their bodies because she was trying to get them to dance in the right position to protect their body's from injury 💃💃💃💃🕺🕺🕺🕺👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️

Now that she needs to depend on others she has learned to be respectful to others so maybe others will respect her more.

The "girl" to Abby's left in the photo is an adult (Gianna, choreographer/instructor) not a competitor, not one of the kids on the team. In the show, I think there are only seven on the team at once. A couple of them will come and go.

Me too! There is celebrity everything else .. Probably most of the celebrity daughters take some sort of dance class ... or, if they don't, they should. Even if it's not at a competitive level, some form of dance skills is nice to have.

I had to replay the cancer ♋️ talk over and over because I thought it was crazy that when Abby said usually kids in Africa under the age of 10 get Berta lymphoma and then she got this cancer I was shocked 😳 to hear that. I said to myself how the world 🌎 did she get this cancer ♋️

I think death has humbled Abby in a way she's stronger & more realsint. She is surviving her own battles & she is trying to do right by her dancers & prepare them for the cruel ugly world that doesn't care if your tardy in your job or if you work for a company that doesn't pay you if your lazy or disrespectful it's all her wisdom & faith that God has brought her through & she's trying to prepare dancer's for not just the world but for themselves to be dependent on no one but don't be afraid also to ask for help.

I’m re-watching Dance Moms and man, karma got this woman good. I need to be mindful about what I do, say, and how I make people feel. I wouldn’t want to experience Karma in this way
The same with colonoscopies. Over 50 or odd symptoms please see a G.I. this past year I have had 28 polyps removed. If I had waited I would have had cancer! I'm not much of a meat eater so it was a shock! ❤ yourself!
Ya know what Abby did a lot of good for them kids and no matter what you can’t please everyone and I am glad she owned up to the fact you can’t always focus on one kid and one kid only it shows growth in her . I love Abby because most teachers wouldn’t care how great a kid is as long as their parents cut the check and she makes money however Abby really cared and wanted them kids to be great and pushed them to do their best and told them that their is always someone better I mean if I had kids I would send them to Abby she taught them girls so much

Soo true. Holly showed her true colors in the last season. Sooooo hypercrytical. If you're not happy, then LEAVE! Staying for all those years 'pretending to be a concerned educator, please how pathetic Holly! Exposing Nia to the chaos, swearing, backstabbing and dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of some of the other dance moms in front of the girls was and is A MILLION TIMES WORSE than Abby raising her voice 'trying to help the girls become better dancers.' Holly sat there and agreed with and went along with all the mom's disgusting behavior, year after year. Holly and the others stayed with Abby for FAME. Just proved they all wanted the fame. Holly and Jill were always delusional, believing Nia and Kendal were better than they were.. Most of the old mons complained when their girls GOT A SOLO, then complained when THEY DIDNT!!!. Don't get me wrong, I always liked Nia, Kendal, and Kalani, but even they started acting ungrateful and bitchy toward the end. Holly allowed Nia to be a part of and in the company of the likes of vile discussing Christy, and desperate ungrateful Jill for years. There is not another dance teacher on the planet that would have put up with those UNGRATEFUL old dance moms. The only decent moms from the show were Asia and Sofia's mothers.

Guess abby found out the hard way that all the well wishes and group dances do absolutely nothing for a cancer patient.. in the end when your life is over because of the cancer Bills... guess how many of those people that "send prayers" would give a damn? Not a one... I learned that the hard way!
For the sake of the Dance Moms show she was a mean person and now she has to change her image. 🤨
