this is the absolute BEST camera help on youtube! others just want me to fake it with a green screen, leave out details as if we just naturally knows those things, or refer to expencive lights. You're actually working with what you have, and what the camera and OBS together is really capable of!

You are a genius! ... I have been testing Logitech webcams for six months for our company and for the life of me could not figure out to set the white balance and gain ... Thanks to your great catch on how to get those settings correct I now can set them at any office in any of our conference rooms. You get an 11 out of 10 if possible!!! ... That was an amazing trick on how get the settings correct by turning off the auto settings with lights off and then with the lights on!!! ... I hope that someone else recognizes your Logitech webcam trick and gives you cudo's.
Very Helpful luckily i have LED strip lights for days and a couple of lamp type so i will continue to set up and see how we look thanks for the help in OBS i freeking hate that software but love it too lol just confusing at beginer level

I kept pouring over tutorial videos trying to find a useful one. The last one made me look so washed out. Still not looking perfect yet, but the color entry so that brightness is playing off of skin tone instead of white was super helpful in getting me closer to a healthy-looking color. Thanks!
01:36 I'm in OBS and don't have any of these options, lol. I only have "Devise" and "Preset", I can't find anywhere about "focus". That's my main problem, is that my webcam has me out of focus, and I can't figure out how to turn that off.
*PLEASE GIMMIE THE 4-1-1* When you minimize OBS, facecam hides. How can I keep the facecam on so I can work on the background but still se me on the webcam?
Nice video. I'm using a Mac so it seems to have fewer/different settings. I found that with a selfie ring light set to warm white I didn't need to do as much with the different settings. Still helpful though :) I boosted the contrast and saturation by about 0.1 and it made a little difference.
Thanks for the vital information, but my Obs when I connect my Logitech Webcam doesn't show Mjep in Video Format, the option there is XRGB or I420 or any, In my resolution the Highest is 1280 x 960 what do i do please?

I always do color on partial not full but varies I'm sure & honestly your skin color looked better in the very first shot before you got up 🤷🏻♂️
