First of all, ALL the ingredients I used were organic and home grown herbs and I paired it with organic open range chicken, which MUST have had a loving and delightful life...the outcome was so outstanding that even my husband who is a vegetarian went ballistic over this dish, again, paired with chicken and mashed organic potatoes!!! Thank you SO much, this recipe is now on my top ten list of impressive dinner items to make for my family and best friends!!!!! Just lovely, right down to the texture, balance of flavors and ability to pair easily with meats!!!!! Hands down an ABSOLUTE WINNER for ANY occasion or just Friday night at home with the fam.
