    I catch about 30 Blackfin Tuna per season .,, I've dry aged an entire BF for 60 + days....the taste is incredible compared to fresh BF.... I have also found that washing the entire carcass in saltwater after gutting it greatly reduced any growth or mold compared to freshwater wash.

    Great content, at 22:42, he compares fish to other mammals. Fish are not mammals. They breathe through gills and are cold-blooded. Their skin is smooth and can be covered in scales, and they hatch from eggs. None of them have fur either.
