The grey markets or black markets whatever you want to call them on telegram contain quite the amount of things u can buy which ranges from drugs, firearms and fake money to even stolen credit cards or virtual credit cards, id cards, stolen jewelry and other kinds of stuff. So in conclusion it purely depends on what you count as social media. Even criminals that use explosives in one way or another use telegram since you can actually buy explosives on there.

If I was to take out a case like that I would probably be honest with my client and tell them it’s probably not possible to find them instead of charging the client for a job that I know probably would never get completed
