    they will also speak to your neighbors, offer cash for info, cash for visitors, cash for eavesdropping. they will turn your neighbors against you with lies and insinuations.

    Sir,,, this info is invaluable to a new (FNG) PI- thank you!!
    QUESTION: For county public records (county clerk, recorder, etc), do you find it necessary to physically visit their location, or can most of it be accomplished online?
    Thank you for your expertise & insight

      It really depends. Some courts offer online access. If not call the clerk as they might offer searches for you. Only visit the court as a last resort.

    Accurin is what I used when working for a debt collection agency. We had to sign a form saying we wouldnt look up celebrities. Its shocking the information you could get.

      Yes that is a common source that many folks use. ACCURINT and IRB search are very similar. They are marketed to different industries under different name. All commercial data providers have a similar clause in their agreements.

    I would like to be able to do research on elected politicians. How can I research for example, a local council member? I'd like to be able to learn of their family, their connections to charities or businesses for political purposes. What would be resources needed for such would I need a PI license to do this? Thank you

    • @Santoniworldwide
      @Santoniworldwide  3 месяца назад +2

      Great question. You can do this type of research on your own as long as it won’t be used in a court case or administrative proceeding. You just can’t access tools and resources that licensed private investigators have access to. If you have any more questions, please let me know.

      Thanks for the comment. Can you provide more context? Is it a family computer used by you and your spouse? How do you know access has been gained remotely?

      Dont use your laptop
      Put tape over the camera
      Change your network settings.. router password, ip addrssses
      Try to scrub your laotoo free of unwanted junk. Eg much of windows bloatware supports the badguys more than the good.

    Last Q: Which databases do you prefer? I know a PI must utilize more than 1 for successfully investigating, but which would be your top 2-3 for a new PI on a shoestring budget? Appreciated!!

      I like TLO and a good second is IRB because they offer some searches on businesses. Also TLO can get you access to vehicle sightings.

    Hello. Just got my PI license approved . CA, based in Los Angeles ( SFV818) looking to start my business to focus more on surveillance and background checks. What is the best resource you recommend for DMV records and background checks ? Paid subscription is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

    • @Santoniworldwide
      @Santoniworldwide  6 месяцев назад +4

      Congratulations. I strongly suggest looking at TLO for background research and asset investigations. For DMV you need to get a request or code in California. Contact Logan Registration Service. They can help.

    I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips!
