UPSC civil services do ask 1 or 2 questions from these parts so please help ----Sir is RT PCR and Transcription sequencing same? Bcs in both starting part is converting Rna into DNA. In genome sequencing we mean that arrangement pattern of nitrogenous base pairs . Is RNA(TRANSCRIPTOME) SEQUENCING ALSO mean same thing like analyzing RNA ki nitrogenous base pairs?? Then another important question Do RNA contain Genetic information in case of humans(I guess no as it keep on changing)?? In virus case it do contain genetic information. Then sir u said RNA(transcriptome) keeps on changing it is dynamic , Is it because RNA keeps on getting converted to protein therefore dynamic??
