sir we are having really hard time dealing with genetics...can you please make video telling everything about genetis that a medical student is supposed to know...we would be greatful if so
Thank you for your video Shomu da. I have one comment. In this video, it seems like you are suggesting TLR can not detect ds RNA, ssRNA and CpG DNA. But actually, it can detect nucleic acids and some TLR detect this in an endosome. It would be better if you could somehow add these details or maybe make a new video about it. I always look forward to your videos. You are doing a great job!
@@shomusbiologyofficial from 5:14 video same as in the starting n the audio is in continuation,n then video is also not audible,so it's hard to understand,
Its bcz scientists were so surprised after finding out some mutations happened in fruit fly which makes its embryo look unusual.. due to these receptors. So they surprisingly shouted in German " Das ist ja toll" which means "that's great". Origin of the word toll
Great videos , but i think that TLR-4 is for LPS not TLR-3.TLR-3 is in the inner surface membrane of Endosomes.
Yes you are right.
Further TLR 3 binds with the viral dsRNA.
Thanks a lot but I think there is no voice after 6:44 , am I right?
Your voice is not heard to me in PAMPS portion.otherwise your video is great.
Thanks from Iraqi student
Nice
You're welcome
I get very benifit from your lectures. Thank you sir g and best of luck.
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures

exactly TLR 4 for LPS
TLR 3 for inner membrane of endosome
Sir does Toll like receptors play an important role in immune defence by recognising microbial components??
Yes of course.
Its so fun to watch it at Speed 1.75 :)
Please make this video again ,there is some problem in the end of the video
Okay. What's the problem?
@@shomusbiologyofficial from 5:14 video same as in the starting n the audio is in continuation,n then video is also not audible,so it's hard to understand,
Sir this video does not sound properly
Sir lps is a ligand for TLR 4
Very well explained sir🙏🏻👌🏻
Plz make Videos on Leishmania and Leishmaniasis :-) ...
Which molecule(s) is/are NOT normally induced by TLR signaling (TLR=Toll‐Like Receptor)?
A. TNF‐alpha
B. IL‐1
C. iNOS
D. IL‐6
E. IL‐4
Why they are named as toll?? Sir..

sir plz MyD88 independent and dependent pathway par bhi lecture deven
Okay
No audio from 6.3
Use both headphones
Sir there isn't voice in this lecture
And all these people hear it. How?
Chk all comments Sir many having audio issued
On toll like receptor and pmps
UR THE BEST..
Thank you
no sound in 2nd half
Use both headphones
video needs edition
TLR - This Little Rapper explains about Toll-like Receptors
shruthi
it may be tecnical problem
It is TL4
Sir is any role of TLR on ribosome who infected by RNA virus
I dont know
but it should be solve
There is NO VOICE
in this video
Silent video
Check it please
+Ramchandra Suthar u r crrct ...why its so
Im facing the same issue
Then why not Tcr(T cell receptor) called toll like receptor
Ritika Singh Because TCR bind to the MHC with the epitope, and not a PAMP
