    Great videos , but i think that TLR-4 is for LPS not TLR-3.TLR-3 is in the inner surface membrane of Endosomes.

    Thank you for your video Shomu da. I have one comment. In this video, it seems like you are suggesting TLR can not detect ds RNA, ssRNA and CpG DNA. But actually, it can detect nucleic acids and some TLR detect this in an endosome. It would be better if you could somehow add these details or maybe make a new video about it.
    I always look forward to your videos. You are doing a great job!

      Its bcz scientists were so surprised after finding out some mutations happened in fruit fly which makes its embryo look unusual.. due to these receptors. So they surprisingly shouted in German " Das ist ja toll" which means "that's great". Origin of the word toll
