Good Design but stairs to narrow. I lived exactly same design like this (townhouse) and It was a hassle for me specially due to trash/recycle bin, Cant put it in garage cuz my SUV wont fit, So I have to put it on the back of the house. You can only put the bins/trash during pick up day infront of your house (damn HOA).
I could see getting things in and out of the house being a struggle with narrow stairs. This garage isn't the biggest but it should fit most vehicles. I'm not sure about a Suburban or larger pickup trucks though. Thank you so much for watching and sharing your thoughts, I really appreciate it.
$600K is definitely a step up in this part of town. It hasn't stopped the first two buildings from selling out quickly. Prices have risen so much since 2020. Thanks for watching and commenting!

those house are pretty neat! perfect for a professional,
They're building so many townhomes in Atlanta. They're all over the place! Most are traditional looking, these are a bit more modern.

Not feeling the set up. Steps too narrow, garage small. Ok for young professional without children. 600K is over priced. Real estate agent from NY.

600K? Go buy a retirement new home in Belize for 200K, invest the rest and rent a townhome for $1,400 a month.
I don't hate your idea at all.
In Atlanta at this price? No, I am beginning to wonder what is wrong with people who just pay anything for a house these days!
I hear you. Prices in this part of town were in the high 200s and 300s not so long ago.
when your video presentation sounds like you did it using a phone from 1999, I think i will pass.
My Nokia 3310 thanks you for this thoughtful comment.

Tough crowd 😅
Right, cause you wanted a unit but his phone is the reason your pre-approval letter is going to expire. 😂
