Can the side yard be fenced in for privacy?
I don't see why not. The house across the street has a similar lot, house faces this one and the left side is fenced for privacy along the street.
The windows in the bathrooms need to be replaced with frosted glass windows for privacy. Then the windows giving you a close up view of the neighbors house. Those should be removed and filled in. Just making a plan wall. Then also the outside patio area should be fully enclosed. In my opinion.
It's weird they aren't frosted right? I think they skipped doing it to let people do it how they prefer after buying the place. Thanks so much for watching and sharing your thoughts man, I appreciate it.

Could an elevator be installed?
I believe there is a good possibility for one of the models they install on the outside of a house. There are plenty of spots in the back of the house where one could service all three floors. The challenge on the back would be lot setbacks. If one were built on the right side of the house, setbacks wouldn't be an issue. Let me know if you want more information.
I think it is so rude for you to video a house with the smoke detector beeping in the video.
I'm sorry you feel that way. It's a brand new build and sometimes the smoke detectors chirp.

It's definitely a massive house on a smaller lot, no question!
I see no need for it. Bushes would just cover up. The house beauty. Probably two Azalea trees in front and that's it.
