there is no way this house is worth this much in Nashville.. I can see my neighbors, backyard is incredibly small, not the top of the line appliances or cabinets and as someone commented- the houses across from me are so different and normal houses that this house doesn't belong here. In NY, you can get this house in a beautiful suburb with top schools for a little over 1 million. Honestly who would buy this house?

Green Hills is an old but very, very exclusive area. It's either spend a lot on a large beautiful new home or fortune on a very old & much smaller one.
Wow, this is a beautiful home. The Nashville real estate market is in bubble land. The fact that I can look out the windows of this home and see regular looking houses across the street let’s me know that it’s not worth $3.78. If I’m paying that much for a home in TN, I should not see my neighbors.

Not actually true. Nashville is not that big and the housing market there is priced to the very Wealthy or the Superstar Celebrities. There are a few neighborhoods there that are geared to this and yes you can reach out and touch your neighbors. The same is for the wealthy neighborhoods in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia and the same in a lot of neighborhoods in Los Angeles, California. So, unless you know real estate and the area you can’t actually say that

This probably won’t sell for anywhere near 3.8 million. They can slap whatever price tag on it, but reality is it isn’t worth that much.
I don’t usually like new construction homes but this home’s facade and exterior is absolutely beautiful!
This house is very nicely staged. You really notice the craftsmanship. It just needs people then it will be more appealing less sterile.

Absolutely loved this one. What a beautiful home. Loved the living room open to the kitchen. The sun porch with the screens that come down is perfect. I thought the upstairs could have been designed slightly better but still loved this home.

I know it’s being picky but for that price- crown molding everywhere, actual yard space, window treatments, a place in master to hang long clothes. Is it real wood or manufactured wood flooring? There’s probably all kinds of features I don’t know about like heated floors etc but explaining things like that would help explain the price
I'm shocked, another white w/ dark trim modern farmhouse in Nashville. It seems like that's all they build in Nashville. The only difference is sq footage and the number of zeros in the price. Do we add in another $300,000 for the pool that should already be there?

Where I live in Northern California, this hone would probably be 10million , easily more depending on location here. I normally don't like new builds,but this one was done well.

This is a gorgeous home, but it looks like so many others with its gray and white decor. I hope whoever buys it will add some life with color, artwork, plants etc.
In real estate they always say it’s best to show neutral toned homes so that person can in vision themselves there.

Love it, but quartz counters (fake man made material) should be outlawed in a home of this price. Quartzite or Marble should have been used. A damn shame.
Beautiful layout and exterior design, but when to far with the gray cabinets. I would have preferred white cabinets in the kitchen and a mixture of gray in some rooms and light hard wood floor, then you have all that gray trim. If you love gray everywhere this is the home for you! I love light neutral colors but a mixture even everything gray in the master that get old real quick. If you were doing gray for the tile and some light gray on the flooring put some white cabinets in or the opposite gray cabinets with a white tile and a solid flooring without gray. I couldn’t handle that. When your not building a custom home their might be some things you want to change but a builder should take this in consideration a homeowner doesn’t want his entire home in gray.
Needed one More bathroom up stairs between the open landing activity Area and that small bedroom right next to it . I know I would ask the architect to build the same style house in Pa with additional lower floor for Sauna, Wellness & Exercise, Movie Theater, and Winery 🍇 Rooms. Loved the home, but it left me wanting them to offer more!!!!

I'm a very appreciative woman but i don't know what s up with real estate lately there is absolutely way too much white and not enough color in the interior and it's pretty much the case in this house which is a shame cause this house is very gorgeous 🌹 and stunning and the bathroom is gorgeous y very beautiful with the interior and design and is basically very spacious and relaxing looking put it this way if i had the money right now i would take it talk about a Nice deserving Christmas 🌴 present this Year for me i have place but it's not all that and i definitely want to upscale

Great question! That is the air return for the HVAC. This builder always has custom iron covers made for those, so rather than seeing the typical metal grill you have a nice piece of metal work. It is a very special touch!

If you're going to post a 17 minute video online. Talk me through the house. Tell me why I should buy it. What materials were put into this house to make it a beautiful home. This video takes too long and doesn't show me anything different than the photos I can see on Zillow in 60 seconds. Just my two cents.

I mean, what sort of completely dystopian world are we living in when a really nice house - even in Nashville - is almost four-million bucks? And, somehow, this country can't provide health care to everyone while virtually every other civilized country on the planet can do it with no problem. Well, if you're a shareholder you can afford this house - workers are sleeping in their cars at Disneyland, WalMart, etc. Watch the new documentary "The American Dream and Other Fairy Tales" made by Abigail Disney, an heiress to the Disney fortune. And I've got a nice house, paid for, and no I'm not a "socialist loser", etc. But this country has completely lost it's mind.

The placement of the hand railings leading up the stairs to the front door don't make sense. They need to be in further, flush with the threshold/opening. And pushing 4million for that in Nashville TN? That's not even 3million in Barrington Hills, IL.

Way, way overpriced for what it is. Small lot. No expansive views. So close to the street you get more cars than trees or lawn. It has NO backyard except a stockade fence. No sense of privacy or personal space. Also lacks good detail on exterior windows. But at least the outside fireplace is a nice touch. And Carrera tile is always a smart choice.

Looks can be deceiving. American homes are constructed as a doll house. When flood and hurricane come, they all fell down. It is a very sad life for the American people; They worked hard to get these beautiful homes, the next day they are gone. Your builders are more into money than health and safety. I just open a channel where you can see what a home should look and rely especially on the days of difficulties.
