Davidson rd good grief us to be a rough part of town. I would not pay over 4m for a house there. Born and raised in nashville.

I'm so happy i made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I'm a single mother, bought my second house in September and hoping to retire next year at 52 if things keep going smoothly for me.

@@joellekassulkev47 I used the FIRE movement to put my finances in order. Then invested in stocks, cryptocurencies and real estates through the assistance of an investment Pro who
helped me make it this big...

I invest with mrs Brianna Megan too, she charge a 15%commission on profit made after every trading session which is fair compare to the effort she put in to make huge profit...

For 4 million, the interior is not very large and somewhat on the simpleton side. The exterior though, architecturally, was quite lovely.

No No No OMG overrated my bath room has a rock sauna/ steam room and a overhead ceiling which is a complete rainfall ceiling , true enough my home is smaller 3 bed room 3 and a 1/2 bath but i also have a basement transformed into a theatre, pool table , workout area complete with name brand lift equipment, complete bar similar to one tht might accommodate a local name brand wing establishment along with a 500 gallon in wall fishtank and a small extra bedroom complete with full bathroom in the basement on a acre lot...no garage and yes my back patio doesn't compare to this one but my interior design is much better and I didn't pay over a million, lmao this is ridiculous

This house is San Diego CA price . It’s over priced for Nashville

This house just has so many issues. The workmanship is pretty bad with peeling paint inside and out. Gaps and chips along the baseboards. Not to mention that it seriously looks like they had left over materials from about 20 house builds and decided to use it all on this one. The back patio is chipped up and frankly quite boring. They could have opened up that area in the living room leading out by putting a full length sliding doors. There are way too many different wood colors. Too many different cabinet colors. This house just doesn’t know what it wants to be.

I'm sorry. This is a nice home but completely overpriced. It is not a 4.3M dollar home. Do people in Nashville really pay that much for this?

In certain places they do, but on average homes in this price range sale anywhere from 95% to 97% of list price.

It’s called inflation . Materials cost more to make this house.
