Definitely way too much, for Tucker unless it’s on the side of Tucker closer to Emory and N Druid Hills. I feel the staging is what makes this house pop but most people don’t have the taste nor the budget to design an interior this well. Def a $6-700k house

Not sure where you’ll get a house like this for 450k. Mexico maybe? Definitely not in Tucker, or most areas on the east coast.
Agreed they used cheap materials to build it you can tell by the flooring
