Nice townhouse BUT definitely overpriced. The rooms are as small as a NYC bedroom apt. WHO wants to purchase a Townhouse/home in ATL for almost a million dollars with space like NYC. It defeats the purpose.
I hate the layout, it looks as if they forced space into this condo, master bedroom totally not worth the price tag.
I agree. It feels tight just looking at it.
This whole house has zero space for that price tag
That house is NOT WORTH EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE THOUSANDS! It’s made dysfunctionally
Used to be the hood back in the day, now charging 900k is crazy.
Bra fr, this shit is crazy and don’t make no sense at all.
$835k? Man, no way, I'll give them $450k - $500k for something like this where it's located, and thats being generous.
Sheesh. Atl sure has changed. Never thought I’d see the day a townhouse on Moreland would run almost $850k and HOA $275 MONTHLY. It’s very nice though.
I said the same thing
Agreed
Lol exactly. Grant Park used to be the hangout in the 2000s.
@@divineempress8539 monthly! That's insane. For that the lawn powewashing general upkeep need to he included. 3,300 annually there's no justifying that. I harp on the HOA routinely about the common areas they faul to maintain and it's $250 annually.
Me either!!! I’d never purchase something so close together with condos right behind and a reck center across the street 🤦♀️ you’d never have any peace 😢
8 hundred thousand boy bye.
I had high hopes for this one because the exterior design is on point. But the interior is lame. The finishing is cheap for 900k. A barndoor on the master bedroom??Wth. lol. What was that weird extra bathroom inside of the bathroom? I hope that was a temporary sink. It didn’t even match the other one.
Am I cheap? 800k seems high as hell…I mean it’s a nice townhome but almost a million? Is this a ideal location or something? I’m from Ohio I think homes might be cheaper here..
It’s close to a major city attraction
You know, I thought something was familiar. I've seen that same wood, shower head, sink and countertop at Home Depot and Lowe's. A twin switch on a white plastic square for the lights @ a million dollars after taxes is crazy. Just apply for public housing, it's cheaper, you'll get about the same size. For $839k, all I saw was low quality pine wood and dry wall in a series of tight squares with cheap appliances.
Big Boi is now a realtor.
I'd make that bonus rom into a workout room and the small bath into a sauna
The main floor is PHENOMENAL and perfect for entertaining… and it went down hill from there. The rooms are too small. Why did they only utilize 1/2 of 4th floor/rooftop deck? What are all these rooms with no doors?! There is no storage-where do you put your broom, vacuum, Christmas decorations, etc? They want way too much for this condo. This is $375 max.
That primary bathroom is trash. Vanity, step over shower to use the toilet is the dumbest thing
Tight cheap finishes ! If robbers break in they can easily access the next house by knocking that partition down! Moreland ave is a transition area that will never transition 😅let’s see how they depreciate in 2 years
I feel you sis, but trust and believe that place is not going to depreciate over the long term (or short). The invaders are here to stay and this entire city has changed to accommodate them. All old timers are dying off and their kids are selling valuable land to move to Lithonia; or the city/county is taxing them out of the community. Jump on board or get left.
@KeishaBrown-ep3cr - I am a native to Atlanta. I can see that this area is definitely transitioning and will continue to do so.
Who is the Architect bc this blue print is just weird⁉️
Drop it down to about half a million and maybe
Very Beautiful Townhouse . ♥️
Very nice, lots of privacy and views on either deck. Reminds me of old school homes. With porches when neighbors would talk from porch to porch. But at 65 years old to many steps and even
though you have compact spaces to enjoy, tackling those steps and forgetting your drink down stairs would be a problem I'd never get use too!. Although I do like the windows with lots of natural
light coming in. Maybe if I were in my 40's and still working. The lawn wouldn't be a factor, But the HOA fee's are high. Maybe a yard would keep me in shape. and the money saved from HOA's I'd take the wife out a bit more. But thanks for the tour. It just wouldn't work for two 60 + people. I'm out.
I am floored at the price! I guess because I knew old Moreland Ave lol
@@belleofthecity1215 me too
May I suggest using subtitles? Most of the time, I could barely understand what you were saying 🤷
@@southernjoy9154 I’ll try it
This is 600k over priced this is a cute starter home. It’s a lot of steps but no living space
I would have to sacrifice the garage cuz that corner unit looks wayyy better. Way more windows. But 800k plus is crazy for that
This is crazy for a townhome
That's not East Atlanta. As an Atlanta native, I grew up in East Atlanta; that's Berne and Marion at the Warren Boys & Girl's Club where I used to go a hundred years ago! That's Ormewood Park and Ormewood Park in Fulton County. Moreland is the dividing line. And while the Beltline is a good selling point for this property, for that price point a few coins more you'd do better in Atlantic Station...and for less you can actually be in East Atlanta Village.
@@Josco31 Moreland ave is not east Atlanta?
@@FrederickMitchellJR Moreland Ave. is the dividing line for Fulton and DeKalb Co. You got your listing (in the description) as East Atlanta and DeKalb. Berne never goes into DeKalb Co. That's all Fulton Co.
@@Josco31but isn’t it still east Atlanta? Dekalb or Fulton, this is Atlanta proper.
@@ATL1999 East Atlanta is DeKalb Co., east of Moreland Ave, City proper on that side. Ormewood Park (as well as the Beltline) is in Fulton Co., sandwiched between Grant Park and East Atlanta. Distinct neighborhoods with their own histories, and rhymes and reasons they came to be.
@@Josco31 it’s still eastside so whatever.
Wow… there is so much to unpack here as to why would NOT buy this property. I would rather move to Brunswick GA, get a 5drm,, 3 car garage in at most 1 acre lot … 15:07 FACTS!!!
tWho ever is going to pay over 850K, for this is a fool,
1. HOA, 275 p/m for what… there is no grass on this property.
2. . Everything is forced, cheap ass modern looking cabinets, no real master bathroom, misses the mark.
3. Different molding in different rooms, to me signals cheap and corners cut. Outside on the 3rd floor two different moldings again, . The thought of privacy screens was never really considered because if so the screens would have already been in place…. Am I correct.
I will stop there.
Big up to the presenter . Keep doing your thing my guy..
East side yessir
not a fan of the house and nowhere near is it worth the price I'm disappointed
😂😂😂I absolutely dig your showings and yes this place is very nice. Love that you took the time to show both sides and the difference between the garage space! Great job!! Not sure when I’m moving there but know when I get ready we will be contacting you for the purchase of our home. Keep being and thanks so very much for the tour!!
Keep being you I meant to say 😂!!
Thank you and I’m ready when you’re ready
This shit right on Moreland 900k on Moreland is crazy
@@ktkbc4680 lol I said the same thing but if you not from here then you not going to get it
800k to hear kids screaming everyday after 2:30 is wild. Also I didn’t understand what was happening in the master bathroom with that sink on the other side. And if you gonna have barn doors they should look more aesthetic. That white is crazy
I would love to be able to afford one of those
@@patriciaharris8005 lol me too
WEST SIDE FOR LIFE
lol I got people on the west side, flipper temple… but I’m east side all day
Y'all got jokes with these hideous layouts 😂
Nice townhouse. ❤
People can look straight in I would buy automatic blinds this beautiful tho
I live in Castleberry and was born & raised in Atlanta. these townhomes are beautiful. However, for that area, they are severely overpriced. Don't get me wrong, everything on the housing market is overpriced right now, truth be told. Lol! But this is VERY overpriced for that area. I'm not paying that kind of money for Moreland. I know Moreland has gentrified some over the years but not to the point where it can sell almost million-dollar properties. I predict these will have sit, mostly, vacant until they have a significant price drop. And then they'll be snatched up once the price becomes more reasonable for that area. But they are very gorgeous!
@@natlovesfashion27 the beltline is the reason they’re not going to sit, that thing has changed Atlanta so much
Looks like the workmanship is poor. Also the fact the place is incomplete and they are touring probably means they are running out of money yet another reason NOT to buy 😢
@@r.v.b4813 that’s not true, all builders tour before they’re completed
So much for going downstairs first….😂😂
Not worth the price
I'm seeing about $325,000, particulary in that area. Too boxed- in not, open and airy.
📢🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💵💵💵💵💵💵
God please bless me with this condo 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 me dream place
@@fredrikasimpson3136 let’s get it
Uhm, where are the washer and dryer connections?
I like these but they’re right in between a giant apartment building and Jackson High School. Hell no.
You got to be kidding this house is way overpriced! I can get a bigger nicer house in Atlantic Station for that price in a much better location.
Overall it’s nice. But not for the price. Price is not validated by the design. Plus it’s Atlanta….not really feeling it.
No!
S350k tops
@@LarryLivingGood they’ll sale like hotcakes at that price
For the price and location, hell no!
Who’s buying these overpriced townhomes? Not me.
@@caseay2761 you’d be surprised.
Nice but the view sucks.
Not worth it. But nice
this home is so poorly designed lmao Why is there a shower separating the bathroom from the sink in the primary bedroom??
The angles you filmed are terrible
Appreciate the feedback
Ridiculous and not worth the price!
It appears tight and has no view.
Horrible layout. This townhouse is so choppy
overpriced not worth the money u want
