I made this scarf and gifted it to my sister. It was my very first crochet project. Your tutorial was really easy to follow along. Thank you for this video!
This is an amazing tutorial. Exactly what I need to attempt my first scarf. Thank you!
I just started learning how to crochet 2 weeks ago and I just finished this scarf and I love it, I made the fringe and it looks so awesome. I cant wait to make the other 3 projects over the next few weeks. Thank you so much for making these and all your videos I am very exited to learn from you🙂
I love the scarf. Also, your tutorial was easy to follow along. Can’t wait till next week Monday! Thank you. ☺️
Hi Jennifer! I’ve been following your tutorials for quite a while and I never get tired of it. You’re such a good teacher. I’ll buy that same color yarn, it’s gorgeous. Thanks for your good work!
Great quick and easy pattern!!! This will make great gifts. Thank you!!!
The tutorial was great and easy to follow. I love my scarf and enjoyed making it! Will be back for more videos
Another winner. Love it. So simple but really cute.
You are a very good instructor, and easy to follow. I started crocheting about a year ago to help with my anxiety, and it works, at least for me. I am making this scarf for my niece.
What a beautiful scarf.
Hi! So helpful to watch. This is my first project 40 plus years. 5/9/20023
Thankyou for the project.. God bless you Jennifer
loveeee your channel!!!!! love making scarves
Amazing! You make it look so easy easy!! Thanks for sharing!
I've been wanting to learn how to crochet!! This is a great tutorial and project. Thank you!
Awesome!!
Thanks for explaining what the stitches are. This was so helpful as I sometimes get confused where I am to put my next stitch. Super helpful.
Love your videos. Easy to follow. 😊 Thank you
Thank you great easy to listen to directions.
Im not a beginner...I actually run from patterns that are only double crochet because I ALWAYS mess up on my ends! I hate to allow a stitch to have that much control, but I'd rather walk away than to end up stressed. Im so glad your video has the tips that I was hoping for, Jennifer. That yarn looks amazing and I love the scarf. Thank you for this series.
Beautiful scarf, I must try to make this one day, thank you for sharing 🤩🤩🤩😊
You are best teacher for me💖
What a great way to celebrate National Crochet Month. Your yarn choice for this series, as well as this pattern, is exquisit. I love its texture. Red Heart With Love is so soft and cozy. Your instructions were very clear and easy to follow. When I listen to these videos, I feel like I am crocheting right along with you, and it is so relaxing. Keep up the great work! :)
Hi Jennifer, I watch your videos ALL the time but I never comment. I must say that I too love simple patterns and this is a perfect pattern. Thank you for videos!
Yay! Thanks for commenting, so glad you like it too! :)
I have crocheted before but was frustrated with details and turning. I always have uneven sides. Your video was helpful! Thanks!
So glad to hear that!!
Beautiful olive christmas'ie color
Oh so gorgeous.........I am so very appreciative that I found your tutorials. I crocheted your "Copper Skies Button Wrap" for my sister in law, using the Hygge yarn (oh so yummy). I sent it to her and she was able to wear it before she passed away 3 days later. It is such a beautiful wrap. Thank you so very much
You are very welcome, thank you for sharing your story too!
I did that project as well and the hygge yarn is one of my favorite to work with!
@@maryline0113 I love that yarn too!!
Very nice
amazing
I like this it easy for me to do thank
👍👍😍😍👋thanks!
You are awesome teacher!
Thank you!
بسيط وجميل..
I am a beginner at knitting and crocheting and love your videos! Could I make this scarf using a thicker yarn and it's appropriate crochet needle? It seems it's a bit harder to get supplies these days. Thank you!
Nice work, may I know what app did u use to made/edited the video? Thank you
Jennifer hi I have 5mm crochet hook and yarn.. I have the same material yarn you are using can I follow this tutorial for 5mm hook and yarn ?or should i use 5.5mm hook for yarn recommended 5mm ?
😍😍😍😍
Hello Jennifer. I have a question about my edges. One side isnt straight they look scalloped from they chain 3. Am i doing something wrong?
Jennifer its called big twist yarns rainbow classics
Can anyone recommend any alternatives for this yarn which are available in the UK? I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find a similar yarn 😅
Thank you
I love this tutorial. I’ve been making the scarf but my sides are bumpy. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong :/
Doing a repetitive pattern also can be meditative.
I have the Red Heart Dreamy Stripe, but it is a #5 weight, but uses a 6.5mm hook. Looks the same except for color.
The stripe would be so fun for this scarf!
👏👏👏💓💓💓💓
Hello, what kind and size needle?
Would you use half double crochet 🧶
You definitely could! The half double crochet stitch is a bit shorter than the double crochet, so you would just have to work more rows! :)

Me: * legit first crochet project is a blanket * oh well at least it was easy to understand...
I am the only one whose work started to curve ?
Lovely stitch and easy to follow HOWEVER the constant saying OK is really off putting.
