    How do u know where the fullering goes on the flat of the shoe is right on center of 3/4

      I don’t fully understand your question? Essentially you need to keep in mind the foot you’re making it for, whether course or fine or right down the center, nail placement is what determines where the fullering goes. That answer your question?
