    Lovely tutorial 😍. Looks yummy 😋. But I couldn’t help but notice you didn’t add Banga spices. Just curious

      Hi Lisa. Thank you! So I'm originally from delta igbo, and we don't normally add banga spice to banga soups. infact we used to call it uhrugbo spice. I absolutely love the banga spice. In this video I was trying to portray how we use to have it back in the days. I have another banga soup video where I used the banga spice to make the soup. Check it out ruclips.net/video/optaWEjk7DU/видео.html
      Thank you for.watching.❤❤

    Wait wait wait my sister, did you say it does not have cholesterol. I am hearing that for the first time. Anyway ,I will still eat it. please confirm you said you parboiled the fish before adding it to the meat in the pot, and does scent leave means basil leave?

    • @joyfulcook
      @joyfulcook  5 лет назад

      Hello Laura, no I said the oil found in banga soup can help lower your cholesterol level
      & No I did not say I parboiled the fish before cooking. If you look closely you'll see the fish was raw before I added it to meat. I was trying to illustrate that because I parboiled the fish together with the meat it helped to retain its structure .
