What was rude about it? She was pretty much implying she assumes he's very comfortable with and around women lol. Maybe you could argue it was a sarcastic remark meant to poke fun at his appearance or something like that but I don't really see any reason to believe it was intended that way (from this clip at least, maybe you've seen the full version and it gives more context or something, I don't know) and indeed Megan Fox recently stated that she has body image issues so I doubt she'd even do that to anyone in the first place.
