Hindi-speaking people are not educated and highest literacy rate in India. The songs you are playing are Punjabi and Hindi . Only Oscar got also in Bengali movies.

The best time is the winter months.

It's not like that. The point of the video is to showcase Bangladesh and Bangladeshi culture. If that wasn't the case, he could've used any songs he liked. You can also notice that the songs were an important part of his video, and he used so many of them. So, it would have been better to use Bengali songs. One thing you're getting wrong is that "popularity doesn’t mean it fits".So people have valid criticism. And you are the one complicating it.

Sometimes I ask people, other times I use apps like Shazam to help me identify the song. All the songs in this video were songs I heard in taxis, cars, restaurants, shops, buses, jeeps, and hotels, so I guess Hindi songs must be popular in Bangladesh?
