Hello Sir, I wanted to ask what if a property is purchased before RERA act which has index 2 without carpet area but built up area is mentioned, and if owner wants to sell that flat then in that case do we need to do a rectify this thing as for new projects carpet area should be mentioned in index 2. if you are an actual home buyer, please do not buy under construction project. buy only when the project is 100% complete with Occupancy Certification.
But for under construction property, I think you won't get occupancy certificate till the time of possession.. OC is provided only after completion of construction and is ready for possession.
Next time Never mention BRANDED, in india Brand can be easily created by using different fraudulent methods.. Also Just because they are good now won't guarantee for future. Like evergrande in China.. So anything can happen. Buy only ready to occupy flat.
