Sir, Mahindra lifespace tathawade ney Rera pay 1bhk carpet in square meter 33.51 mention kiya hai. Lekin unkay broucher pay mentioned carpet area hai 38.62 square meter. It means 5.11 square meter ka difference hai. Sales team bol rahe hai ki yai badh may change hoga. Can we trust on that.
rera shows booked flat details which shall be updated regularly. In some projects sales says most units are sold and few only are left. But when I see in rera I surprised to see many are available. Does it mean construction company does not upload correct info or they just want to grab customer with units which they want to sale at step up price.

I had discussion with sales and they said they do agreement of sale with builder letter head with stamp paper and may be with notary. What should be done? Can you join some lawyer to this channel if some one interested. It will help to strengthen the movement.

What to do if builder is counting enclosed area both in carpet as well as enclosed balcony, thus, counting it twice and marketing it as Total carpet area ? Can we complain against the builder or get refund of extra sq feet claimed on paper that doesn't exists ? carpet + balcony +enclosed = Total carpet Since enclosed is already part of rooms thus it is getting counted twice, once under carpet and then under enclosed and then using this total carpet area for selling and marketing.
