If the builder refuses to provide an OC, you should consider exercising your legal rights. You can issue a notice against the builder asking him to apply and hand over the copy of the OC within a month. You can also approach consumer forums and file a writ petition demanding the OC. Sir please help me in this question. My seller is in out of the country. But he need to sell his property. Without coming to registration office is it possible to sell that property. When I asked that seller. Seller said, I will sign the paper through embassy office and will courier it to you (buyer ). Then buyer should go to registration office and to do further arrangements as seller said. Is it possible sir. Due to corona. Seller not able to come. Please help me with it. How to do this.
