    What would cause one when first starts boxing . To just not know to put his hands up and must told put my hands up. How bad I started. Next took me two years to learn a punch. Odd one needs to be tauggt it. For one to born with zero fighters instincts. My instinct was doing nothing in a fight. Was even harder to teach boxing to one with no fighters instincts

    how can we find out if we have a strong chin? Also punching power, how will I know when Im maxed out?

    • @coachv3436
      @coachv3436  Год назад +4

      As far as taking a punch, there’s really only one way to find that out lol
      Punching power is something that over a period of time you will realize you have plateaued unless you get a psi gauge you’re gonna have to just estimate it but you’ll know if you’re at 100% after a while

      I've done this before you can do it within a week or too focus on self discipline to eat 800 calories a day or a calorie deficit

      @coachv3436  Год назад +1

      Continue with everything you have going on but your diet is going to be the missing link you have to calculate your Daily calorie intake by tracking your macro nutrients and staying in the deficit of at least 500 calories per day! Let me know how it goes champ.

    Actually coach im a heavier guy and have gentical strenght.I noticed that a long time ago, but the moment i walked into the boxing gym 1 year ago there is a dude 10 kgs less than me and it seems like his punches are stronger? Is it because of the technique?

    2 killer instinct, not sure if I disagree or not, but my opinion if you haven't developed it before you get to high school say aged 11 then you're not going to get it, definitely can't be taught, but don't think you're born with it, guess it depends on your early years.
    4 obsession, Liam Harrison, British Muay Thai champion, was a waste of space in his early years by his account, but about age 14 or so he discovered Muay Thai and ate, lived and breathed to train and become world champion, maybe he was born with it but just didn't know he was until he found it, so now I've written this I'm probably agreeing with you that you are born with it lol

      U make 0 sense bro like Z E R O. U can obtain a killer instinct at anytime like that makes NOOOOOO sense because I didn’t have a thought at a young age I can NEVER obtain the thought of “killer instinct” in any career ever again? Ngga stfu 😂
