Outlook size on my emails has suddenly gone tiny making difficult reading of emails on my new MacBook Air. How do I enlarge back to default normal? I can't see anywhere to click on to enlarge readability. I have tried 'Settings' and then 'View all Outlook settings' and see 'Text size and spacing' is already set at 'Large' even though text in my Outlook emails remains ridiculously tiny. It started ok at first this morning when I was checking emails then suddenly diminished to a very small unreadable text size. The email listings page is ok, it's when I click on an individual email to read it comes up in tiny print. Thank you
Addendum: Solved ~ I later brushed expanding finger and thumb over pad and readability miraculously enlarged the fonts back to 'normal' again ~ Phew!🙂
Apple needs to do more to help screen obvious phishing attempts.

Great question! If you add more than one email to your Mail app on Mac, the additional account will be shown in your sidebar. You will have the option to view all email inboxes together. You also have the option to view each account separately.

Love these videos. I have 3 email accounts, and they are listed in the sidebar on the left. Within each account, various folders are listed, such as Inbox, Sent, Trash etc etc. If I remove these account folders from the sidebar, does that delete the accounts? Right now, if I wanna empty the trash, I have to go to the trash in each account and do that. I would prefer a clean sidebar with only one Inbox, one Sent and one Trash for all accounts. I welcome your suggestions. Thanks

Did you know that you can go to Mailbox > Erase Deleted Items > All Accounts to empty all the Trash folders at once?

I'm on OS 12.2.1. For tracking purposes (using Mailbutler), I'd like to send each member of a mac mail group an individual identical email without everyone else's email in the To or Cc field. Bcc doesn't work for this purpose as it doesn't allow tracking. Is this possible without having to create a separate email for each recipient?

The Apple email app has a bug that I have to deal with every day. I like to attach files prior to filling out who I'm sending the email to. When I fill in the TO section, the attachment disappears.
I’m using a macbook and iphone honestly i prefer outlook it has best UI and better experience apple need to improve mail app on ios 16 and next macos version I’m disappointed
It would be really great to add some up-to-date features like snooze, send later ect. into Apple/iOS mail. Now you nearly force your customers to use 3rd party apps.

When I type in the password to my Gmail account, Mac Mail gives me an error that it doesn't recognize the password. But I've had the same email and password for a long time, and on Mac Mail as well. This particular problem has been a huge problem for me. The latest is that when I open MacMail (or even when I wake up or start up my iMac, old emails that never got sent pop up with that "error" box. What can I do?

In the past i could do it with cmd+< … but that dont work anymore.
Does not allow you to set up group email accounts so no typing all the names again.

Being a new Mac user having recently migrated from Windows, I occasionally have issues with Mail. I transferred all my accounts from Outlook to Mail, now I get an occasional message that bounces for no apparent reason. Trying to see if there is an issue with my Mail set-up I find that checking some of my accounts it shows my password (all be it hidden) yet with my Gmail accounts there appears to be no password. Any help would be greatly received.

I always use Mail app on my Mac. Unfortunately, even I add more email accounts containing a lot of messages (since they automatically download to my inboxes), the app crashed. When I open the Mail app again, the app always crash. I'm running OS X El Capitan....

what's the difference between move to junk and move to trash , in the mail app?

In the Mail app, “Trash” will contain emails that you’ve manually deleted while “Junk” will usually contain emails considered to be spam and/or unsolicited.

Hey Apple, every time I try to add my gmail account on the mail app in the Mac, it keeps on loading and never show anything. I waited for 3 hours and still not showing anything. I’ve checked my wifi connection and its fine.

I have an issue: When I send an email, it sends multiple iterations of the email I am sending. It will send unfinished copies of that email to the recipient. For example, if i just send a single sentence like
"Hey, how're you doing today?" It might send three separate emails saying something like: 1. "Hey, how're" 2. "Hey, how're you doing" 3. "Hey, how're you doing today?" Please advise on a fix

I had no idea I had that Mail Privacy Protection. I ran into the bedroom and checked that box under mail preferences.

Outlook is better on my Mac not very flexible the Apple mail.

Many times I tried to add my Comcast/Xfinity email and it didn't work. Made dozens of attempts and didn't work. Could not add that to Mac Mail. Has Apple resolved that issue or are there some email accounts that cannot be added? Why not just include some other random emails in the main menu to choose from?

I prefer Google mail bcoz Whenever someone send mail I receive email notification instantly where as apple mail app send notification after 1hr when someone send mail 😬

The music jingle playing behind the spoken instructions is a complete distraction from hearing the instructions and so unnecessary.
I'd like to dump my Mail account and find something that actually works. Have had a Mail problem on my MacBook Air since I purchased it. Approximately 30% of emails have "This message has no content". So if I need to read one of them I have to open it on my iPhone or iPad. The problem is only on my MacBook Air. I have had several Apple technicians online trying to correct this but all to no avail. This is an Apple problem and I have seen messages from other users who also have this problem. Someone please help or suggest a mail app that isn't going to give me grief.

Mail truncates larger mails in a conversation. Happening across all devices, Mac Air M1, IPad Pro and IPhone 12 mini! Poor show Apple for something as basic as mail.
