I have started with solid food with 6 months... but by feeding spoon... now my baby is 9 months and i want her finally to start feeding herself. Shall i follow the same steps as for 6 months? Or what are the instructions? Thank you.

My baby gags so much when blw how to avoid it
She just wants to put all the thing into her mouth resulting in chocking like gagging
