Can you cover/seal top, after removing paper well, with a mod podge gloss or matte finish?

This is great! Please do you know if an ink jet printer would work the same rather than a laser printer? Thanks

I used Contact paper and the National Geographic Magazine. Before 1980s. I don’t think the decal would be for fabric. I like the Mod Podge so much better than the Contact paper I did in the 1980s with old magazine with foster kids.

When I worked with foster children in arts and crafts we could use old National Geographic magazines. Contact paper and then remove the paper like you are doing. No waiting 24 hours. It was only because it was a clay based paint before the 1980s.
