Great work bud, the rear door glass removes easy, behind the rear quarter bailey chanel is a gap the glass comes out from the extra space, and the electric motor comes out in one piece with window almost fully up, same deal when installing it all, a bit fiddly
Thanks mate I got similar measurements, my sill is not there, what I am looking at is another bit of sheet metal bent over the old sill with pop rivets real quality work.
Hi mate, i have access to a bender at work and can't find measurements on bending my own sill panels for my one tonner, can you tell me the fold measurements you made and i will adjust down for mine please.
nice mate . I’ll get them to you next week. I just took a slice out of the original ones( a good bit ) but if there is none to work with that’s a bit hard I also added 20 mm to each edge so I had enough if needed ,
Thanks, I had a look at mine and someone has riveted and painted a bit of thin sheet over the original sill and both are rotten, I can work with the fold edges but mainly just want the flat piece measurement it is somewhere around 95mm by the looks, just curious where you bent yours at thanks
