I love this video and I can’t stress enough how important this is. I know it’s not as fun as practicing all those footwork and dribbling skills videos. For all you CR7 fans doing training like this every day is why Ronaldo is such a difficult player to defend. He is just stronger faster quicker then the opponent. Combine that with his other footballing skills makes him the player he is. So I can’t stress how much I feel this is the video you need to do over and over of course work on your trekkers also but do that extra work on top of that you will be surprised just how much better those moves work when your stronger and faster and quicker. [ps if you can motivate yourself to do these and really push yourself you will be ahead of your peers as most including me need a coach or trainer to push them)
The thing about me is im quad-dominant. In other words, i develop most of my speed through my thigh muscles. Im fast, but my explosiveness isnt where i want it to be
I'm 18 years old, haven't made my first professional contract but I'm working very hard and this videos always help me boost my performance. I hope we can make a collaboration video once I'm playing on the highest level in probably 5 years or so😁💓much love💪

I don't think these drills will make you that faster. You need training that trains the ankle stiffness and the hip flexors.
