Being grounded a lot taught me to always remember what channels the tv was on and the volume it was at when I turned it on

@@XcuzeTheMessDeer In DOFP it is shown that Peter has at least 2 sisters, one is the little girl who appears at his house and the other is the one that the mother mentions and that the girl says that "she bugs her".
I think Wanda didn't appear directly because of an agreement with Marvel but it's safe to say that in this universe the little girl is Polaris and the mysterious sister is Wanda.

I sympathize more with Magneto than anyone else in this movie tbch. He was living a normal life alongside normal humans and seemed happy with it, and then he used his power to SAVE SOMEONES LIFE and gets outed as a supervillain for it. I think we can all agree the writers of this film are the real villains of this story for that.
In Days of Future Past, he almost made everything between mutants and humans infinity worse
He didn't get busted because of the fact he saved someone and had powers. But it's because he was wanted literally all over the globe and considered like #1 enemy of the world after things he did in previous movie
I would say his past caught up with him
Xavier is idealist and believes in better future and because of that, he is trying to make world better. On the contrary, Magneto thinks, bad ending is inevitable and he is making it worse, so just mutants stay alive.
Is it the writer's of this movie's fault, or is that the canon of it from the comics?
This all would make sense why he is so evil and the villain, because he was hated the most, while trying to do good by saving someone's life. This also makes sense why Magneto and Dr. X are very close, but still rivals/enemies, even though they are all on the same side at times.
Quicksilver's Mom, talking about Magneto, says: "Nothing ends well with him."
To Quicksilver, one of the two children that were the end result of her affair with Magneto. Ouch.

Peter switching the TV to Knight Rider is incredibly cool. I grew up watching bits and pieces of the show's reruns on TV. I've also watched the whole show twice on Netflix.
Now I feel old. I was lucky enough to watch it during its original run.

She was out of place in these movies. She wasnt the same age as the rest of that main cast so she really doesnt fit.. But then this "reboot" really messed up alot of things so eh whatever.

I always wondered if Peter's mom has depression. Perhaps with Erik leaving her long ago. Each of her scenes from here and in the Rogue Cut of DOFP, she has a drink in her hand. I always figure she had money, but not all the money in the world could help with depression itself.

The hecking wacky ewoks were a small preview of jarjar binks kind of antics and the fight at the shield generator on the moon got really pointless and borng, Han should have done something way cooler in the saga's finale

One thing I hated about the prequel movies after Days of Future Past was that they didn’t even try to age the characters at all. I mean, Professor X lost his hair, Magneto had a family, and Logan and Mystique never age because of their abilities. Only if it was five years instead of ten that I could believe this is why not much has changed. If you’re gonna change the clothes, change the people wearing them, too.

Check out Magneto's expression and reaction when he talks to Quicksilver in the elevator after the Pentagon prison break. It's subtle, but Magneto has a flicker of realization/recognition when Quicksilver mentions that his man once knew a guy who could manipulate metal.

can maybe say he doesnt run fast, he just manipulates time by projecting a time dilation field around him that he can manipulate at will and can have several layers to the effect. shown in the following scene as things speed up and slow down while he saves people in the x mansion before it blows up.

I find it hilarious that this shitty third movie in the trilogy calls out Return of the Jedi for being "the worst" of the original Star Wars. Hate to say it Bryan Singer but Return of the Jedi is greatly beloved and is much better than the Rise of Skywalker. Similar to how The Last Stand is way better than Apocalypse.
I think the point is that ROJ was deemed as the worst of the 3 movies at the time. ROJ appreciation came a lot later, actually.
