I loved your point of how you vividly remember the year 2007 cuz for me I vividly remember 07 and 08 because I finished 3rd grade in 07 and moved away in 08. In 07 I used to love Kanye West's Graduation album, and Good Life was my favorite Kanye song as a kid. Nowadays whenever I hear that song, I get so nostalgic I almost wanna cry from how simple life was to me back then. It truly was the Good Life being a kid 😭

I remember I was a junior in HS in 1998 and I am in the car with my friends and Ghetto Cowboy by Bone Thugs is on the radio (this was before iPods, streaming, iPhones and Spotify) playing and I remember being disgusted. I wondered how the same group that dropped thuggish ruggish bone, first of the month, crossroads, 4 the love of money, days of our lives etc... and one of the rare groups to do tracks with Eaze e, pac & big drop this corny western BS. As a I got older, appreciated that song in the sense that they wanted to try something completely different!!!
