Red Crossbill and Baby

I had to get out the bird book after photographing and videotaping this bird and its baby...I've never even heard of a Red Crossbill, never mind seen one. As you can tell, it was a really windy day so the birds had quite a ride on the tree branch. The parent bird is on the right hand side and eventually feeds the baby. As their name implies, a Crossbill's beak crosses at the tip so they can easily pry apart cones to eat.
