Great review! Love that engine. The fact that you can get all that power, tech, and luxury in a three row SUV, makes this a strong competitor in it’s class. I really like this interior over the current BMW offerings. Thanks for posting! 😎
Great review. The SQ7 crushes the X5 M50i (now M60i for 2024). I know this because I just traded a 2022 m50i for a new 2023 SQ7. The X5 drives drives like a bloated top heavy Cadillac Escalade compared to the Audi. And my M50i had dynamic handling package which did nothing for the floaty handling. The X5 sounds great and has nice power but dynamically it is sloppy. BMW did an incredibly bad job at tuning the suspension for this model. The Audi is much more buttoned down and agile. Anyone considering an X5 or X7 V8 needs to drive the SQ7 (or SQ8).
Totally agree! The SQ7 is the sleeper that you would never expect until you drive it. Tuning it will put it in another league. So impressed with Audi lately. I bought an RS3 and have had it for 6 years that I love. Next vehicle might be one of these. A few of my friends have bought these and SQ8’s and love them. It puts a smile on your face constantly. It’s the only thing I feel upgrade worthy, coming from an RS3 at this price. I also feel the X5M60 doesn’t do it for me. Not for the price. BMW wants to retain the goodness for the real XM5. Hope you keep enjoying yours and hopefully Audi keeps building them for a few more years.
@@HawkeyeRides When we categorize car classes, size is the primary consideration, followed by price. You mentioned the BMW X7 and Mercedes-Benz GLS compared to the Audi Q7. How much more expensive and larger are the X7 and GLS compared to the Q7? We cannot elevate the Q7 to a higher class simply because Audi lacks a model in the full-size SUV category.
It’s not too small if you really only need a 2 row SUV with a family of 4. It’s a perfect size in my opinion. Not as big and clumsy as a suburban or Tahoe but not as small as a X5 or q5. In fact, me, my wife, our two young kids and my mother in law all fit for an extended weekend trip with all our stuff in the back. So it’s really a pretty good size
I have a Q7, engine already sounds good, but that SQ7, that engine sounds ‘dirty’!!! 😮
I love this SUV 🤩
They are awesome 👍
I’m taking a Q7 for a test drive tomorrow. I love the styling and interior luxury.
They are nice and the SQ7 brings the extra performance 👍

They are awesome Mike, I was going to buy one for my wife but she wanted to stay with Infiniti 👍

Congratulations and thank you for your owner’s insight 👍

Respectfully the RSQ8 is the Lamborghini Urus Brother. The SQ7 is like the BMW X5 M60i Best friend. That can pass off as siblings. 😊
This is what I talked about in the review 👍
It’s a detuned version with a third row. Tune it and it’s same speed.
Kinda shocked I wasn’t as impressed with X5M60. Not for the money compared.
Perfect!!
They are awesome
My favorite suv audi is the best car company
They are awesome 👍
Correction: Q7 is comparable with GLE and X5, no idea why u keep saying X7 or Gls
In this case, SQ7 --GLE 53--X5 M50i
3rd row suv, the x5, gle doesn’t offer that. Most buyers for a 3rd row would be comparing this to that as they offer a sq8 😉

The third row is for the kids not adults
It can work but the second row needs to move forward 👍
Vroom vroom 😂
They are nice
Nice car, but too much gloss black. It looks nice when new, but eventually, it's a mess.
That is a good point 👍
Then go to a ppf shop use ceramic treatment problem solve
keep a cloth in the glove box simple wipe down im sure.
Audi Q7 is Too small and they never make big space for the 3rd Row. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
It won’t be success 100% in tbe future.
It’s not everyone fav 👍

Audi is doing good selling these. Great bang for Buck when compared to other performance SUV’s.

It can be at time
