Keep in mind that Paul O'Keefe has spent 2.5 years talking with the Alberts, the McCabes, the prosecution, the authorities, and the "experts" who were all adamant that Karen Read was guilty. If you spent so long around those people, I think you would end up thinking she's guilty too. He also seems to very trusting of cops in general. He even thought it was bad that anyone got to see Proctor's texts, and he believes that Proctor's personal communications should have never been made public - which is strange. Without those texts, I think the case against Karen would be much stronger, so he should be more angry with Proctor than anyone else in this case, not *defending* Proctor.

I'm very confused why the jurys "morals and beliefs " came into it. Surely they were just supposed to examine the evidence and decide if there was reasonable doubt.
To me that reads it was an LE related decision. The only ‘moral’ dilemma at issue in this case is whether or not LE is or was corrupt enough to do what was done to both John and Karen. To believe she didn’t do it means members of LE were involved and played a part in or were complicit with the coverup.

What would have been more plausible would be he came in for drinks, left to walk home and weren’t aware he passed out and hit his head and the snow plow must have hit him and buried him in the snow. The planting of his phone under his body, the unbroken drink glass etc etc etc.

I went on to intern, saw how the juror was connected to the female 1st degree planner. 1:39 minutes after 9 months of investigating and transcribing. Clearly guilty, she testified which added two days of chaotic ‘Jody Arias ‘ insanity! I was also able to assist with jury selection from juror point of view….We cut down hung juries!

Massachusetts has some REALLY odd rules for evidence and other judicial practices in their criminal justice system. They seem to be stuck back in 1776 and justify the oddities of their policies with the excuse of “that’s how we have always done it and that’s how it’s done in Massachusetts”. Hopefully the state legislatures will actually make some much needed changes in their system after being a made a laughing stock in front of a national and international audience! Even if that happens it will take generations for the likes of Proctor, The McCabes, the Albert’s, and “Auntie Bev” to loose their power enough to allow the corruption in that state to be removed like it deserves to be.

I'd have liked to think there's a line that shouldn't be crossed, but it's apparently no holds barred. It's horrific & sad & I wouldn't wish what he's dealing with on my worst enemy, but while people say they don't like his style but, at least he broke the case, his style, sadly, puts him in the same tank as those who believe there's nothing they can't attack. Turtleboy has done his worst, too, so I seriously hope this will show him there ARE some things you just don't go after & then, if done to you, which isn't as likely, it isn't nearly as painful & a lot easier to deal with.

Oh Supervisor Yuri B acknowledged the nude pic search. He clicked the “like” button in it so he can’t say he fully ignored it. People think that Proctor is evil (I am one) but imo Yuri B is the one that is a supervisor so he is one of the few that form and maintain appropriate behavioral norms for the department. It’s clear to me that Proctor’s msgs aren’t an example of the “exception” of the rules and expectations, they ARE THE NORM!

1:20 When the jury indicated they could not decide, it was a flashback for me! We had a ‘plant’ in 2012. She spent 3 weeks trying to convince us 11 to change our mind. I went on to intern, saw how the juror was connected to the female 1st degree planner. 1:39 minutes after 9 months of investigating and transcribing. Clearly guilty, she testified which added two days of chaotic ‘Jody Arias ‘ insanity! I was also able to assist with jury selection from juror point of view….We cut down hung juries!

I think his brother was involved in John being taken out. I watched the interview. If you watch it watch his eyes and his eye brows. The eyes tell the truth. He wouldn't look at the girl during the interview he constantly had shifty eyes. His eye brows would go up and down. Like he was getting initiated by the questions. I dont trust the guy. Sorry but not sorry. I feel he had something to do with it. Have they checked on life insurance policies on John? If he had one how much was it for who was the beneficiary of it? Massachusetts has some REALLY odd rules for evidence and other judicial practices in their criminal justice system. They seem to be stuck back in 1776 and justify the oddities of their policies with the excuse of “that’s how we have always done it and that’s how it’s done in Massachusetts”. Hopefully the state legislatures will actually make some much needed changes in their system after being a made a laughing stock in front of a national and international audience! Even if that happens it will take generations for the likes of Proctor, The McCabes, the Albert’s, and “Auntie Bev” to loose their power enough to allow the corruption in that state to be removed like it deserves to be.
