Shaking her head when he said KAREN was not guilty yet she never once shook her head when he spoke about the horrible investigation. WHY ARENT THESE PEOPLE PISSED ABOUT THE HORRIBLE INVESTIGATION??? WHY??? THATS THE ENTIRE REASON WE ARE WHERE WE ARE WITH THIS CASE.

I think he did a great job, but his approach took a presumption of assumption. In my opinion, I don’t think he should have assumed that the jury would follow his “thesis.” Personally, his argument about the lack of evidence was wrong. There was evidence, lots of evidence, but was it credible? Personally, I would have attacked the credibility of the evidence presented by the Commonwealth and the credibility of the witnesses presented by the Commonwealth. In my opinion, the most damning evidence/testimony that was presented was the experts that were presented by the defense. The Commonwealth had COMPLETE, Unfettered access to the evidence presented by the defense. If was unsolicited, and completely unbiased. The Commonwealth has a duty to seek justice, not convictions. It is unimpeachable, exculpatory evidence that the Commonwealth had a duty to explore.
How this case ever made it this far is ludicrous. This is the epitome of the idea of if you find yourself in a whole and you want to get out, the first thing you need to do is STOP DIGGING. The prosecution is treating this as if there’s a bottom to this whole.
But, this is my Monday morning Quarterback opinion.

Yes, I thought that 'jury-tampering' was a serious crime. Any juror that held the opinion that Karen is Guilty was not giving any consideration to the evidence. Any juror who decided that regardless of all the evidence to the contrary, that tail-light was completely missing when Karen scraped the car the next morning is simply lying. I don’t remember where I read/watched this, but someone said they didn’t know how the plastic dust size particles of the taillight could be on J.O.’s clothes unless they got there legitimately from him being hit by K.R.’s car. They didn’t think the clothes could have taillight particles on them because Proctor wouldn’t be smart enough to place them there.
I know how they ended up on his clothes:
Proctor breaks the taillight-dust gets on his clothes, hands, head, face, etc.
Proctor goes to lay out John’s clothes. Dust particles of taillight are transferred to his clothes from Proctor’s body-accidentally!
This is what happens when procedures for handling evidence are lax. When one person handles all of the evidence. When a corrupt cop already knows who the finger will point to without looking at any actual evidence and manufacturing evidence to implicate that person.

    • @justkim9827
      @justkim9827 Месяц назад

I remember that testimony, but I don't think there was ever a picture taken of the alleged piece of taillight on John's clothing. We were merely _told_ there was one there.

Good thought, but the problem with your theory is how those plastic housings are made. That type of plastic is specifically designed not to break into small, shatter, or produce tiny particles like glass would. They're designed to take heavy impacts and keep their integrity and stay in place. I think it was simply planted. Proctor had the broken pieces and rubbed them on the shirt near the holes that Chloe made when she attacked him, in Brian Albert's basement, where he was lured to get beaten.
Good thinking, but it wouldn't create a dust like that.

Deb acted like she did Mr. Jackson a favor by agreeing to amend the verdict slip from to include an option to acquit on all charges, in reality she didn't modify the form to grant some special request from Mr. Jackson, she amended the form because it was incomplete and it would have been grounds for appeal. How was the form supposed to reflect whether they decided on a not guilty or if they were hung? There was no "hung jury" option. Never in my life have i heard of someone being acquitted or convicted by an omission of a verdict. An omission of a verdict to me indicates no verdict aka hung jury. Deb didn't have the humility to just say Mr. Jackson was right, instead she acted like she was only going to agree to amend the form because it was missing the word liquor and a colon.

For the life of me I can’t understand how the suspect’s vehicle is not photographed every inch from top to bottom at the scene where they found it. If it had fallen off the tow truck, got damaged in transit, or a meteorite crashes into it before arriving at the port, all the evidence would be lost, or compromised. What law enforcement agency would do that? Uhhh, NONE!!! But if one needed to manufacture evidence, the privacy of the Sally port where you have the ability to manipulate the surveillance cameras while tampering with the evidence…🤔
I think there are two fish to fry here. The first is to torpedo the commonwealth’s case, and I firmly believe that has been done.
    2) To conduct a proper investigation and find out who is responsible for the death of John O’Keefe. To refer to him as “Officer” is, in my opinion simply exaggerating. He wasn’t acting in his official capacity. The only reason I think he should be referred to in his official capacity is if he was killed BECAUSE he is a cop.
If the DUI Guy got killed in an alcohol fueled dick measuring contest, would he be referred to as Larry Forman, Esquire? I doubt it.

There were just a couple of woke dummies that somehow got put on that jury, that thinks conspiracy theories can’t be conspiracy facts. I’m pretty sure when it gets close to retrial time they will dismiss the case but be able to retry at a later date, which they never will, that gives them corrupted LE time, but also the feds a lil more time to flip one of these sob.

Any idea when MA changed it to have the defense go first? I like that reasoning of having defense go last because it is most favorable to the defendant.

I always relate to these types of cases because my dad was shot and killed by a cop nearly 35 years ago and we always suspected there was some type of police cover-up or at the very least the police were lying about the events that led to the shooting. We sued but it got thrown out because of lack of evidence on our part because our 2 main witnesses that disputed the official police investigation were both found dead at separate times from apparent suicides so we were never able to at least have the opportunity to get any type of justice or compensation for our loss and it has hindered my personal view of police officers.

The really scary thing is this - Even after seeing hundreds of facts and hours of testimony, where even ONE is enough for "reasonable doubt" in this case, at least one (or several) jurors completely ignored the rule of law and STILL found her guilty. That should scare everyone watching, because this could be you framed. It makes any reasonable person seriously question some of the jurors.
