      1) The crime scene freaks me out of how long it seems people took to take Halyna to the hospital. A lot of talking but it seems she s inside that church with no resources to fight for her life.
      2) This crew is clearly the cheapest possible. Even the lawyer looks like a friend of somebody hired by a friend it the production crew. The armorer could never ever be that girl (she gave a lot of headache on previous movie with Nichlas Cage).
      3) About guilty: the main question is was the gun inspected and authorized for use or did he used on his own time? Nobody on a movie set should ever touch a gun (no matter where they found it) without an expert official permission.
      4) If this production chose wrong and cheap crew for key roles such an armorer, the producers are also responsable for this crime.
      5) Did the armorer cleared the gun to use or rehearsal or did Alec took it without her knowledge?
      7) You never ever point a gun into someones direction. You have angles to simulate the camera position without pojnting to somebody.
      8) The armorer should 100% of time be in control of her equipment in a locked room, with only her keys. And any gun should only be brought outside in her hands, No one else ever. When we watch how messy is the portable table where she kept the fake bullets boxes, we have a clear idea that we dont have a mature professional doing this job.
      9) There s a information on internet (not sure if its true) that crew used to shoot cans in the desert during free time, with that gun and real bullets. This Needs to be cleared in depth.
      10) Is that girl on drugs as its said in the trial by prosecutor?

Defense saying she was only 24 and given more than she could handle. Trying to shift the blame on production, etc. 24 is well old enough to keep safety #1 over all else. If she couldn't handle her duties safely she's old enough to know to drop out. Our military handles firearms under stress at younger ages and is expecting to maintain safety.

      Baldwin is guilty !
ALWAYS Keep The Gun Pointed In A Safe Direction
This is the primary rule of gun safety. Common sense dictates the safest direction, depending on different circumstances.
ALWAYS Keep Your Finger Off The Trigger Until Ready To Shoot
When holding a gun, rest your finger alongside the frame and outside the trigger guard. Until you are actually ready to fire, do not touch the trigger.
ALWAYS Keep The Gun Unloaded Until Ready To Use
If you do not know how to open the action or inspect the chamber(s), leave the gun alone and get help from someone who does.
Nothing can ever replace safe gun handling.
      -NRA-
      All guns are always loaded.
Keep your gun pointed in a safe direction.
Keep your finger off of the trigger and outside the trigger guard until you are ready to shoot.
      Be certain of your target.
      -Jeff Cooper's Rules-
Treat all weapons as though they are loaded and/or ready to use. Do not play with weapons and NEVER point one at anyone, including yourself.
      -SAGAFTRA-
Before any firearm is used in a rehearsal, an on-camera sequence, or off-camera, the Production will conduct a safety meeting with all involved personnel to acquaint cast and crew members with relevant safety issues. This safety meeting shall include an “on-site walk-through” and/or “dry run” with the Property Master, designated Production representative, and anyone who will be using and/or handling a firearm.
It is important that everyone treat all firearms, whether they are real, rubber, or replica firearms as if they are working, loaded firearms.
      -Movie Industry Rules-

Maybe this is part of their strategy but then on the other hand it could be construed as giving the impression of an unprofessional team.
I believe she is clearly competent to be the paralegal & has all the necessary professional skills & competence....but in court you don't want to give any possible air of unprofessionalism. It is a risk if part of their strategy is based on a distraction at the defence table particularly as their client is on trial rooted in the principle of professionalism & competence....😳😏

The live rounds is the entire problem, if they never ended up on set (because they have no place, to avoid situations like this..!), the defense (and most people) love trying to blame stupid Baldwin, for doing his job as an actor and pretending to shoot a gun for a movie, he's supposed to be able to muzzle waive people and pull trigger safely, because there is only supposed to be inert rounds and its not HIS job to know inert rounds from real live rounds ( that should never be there..) its the armorers job to ensure only inert rounds are loaded into a gun handed to an actor as a "cold gun".

  • @swordfish1120

The statement by the CSI witness that the powder in a live round can be heard when shaken is completely false. Many different powders are used where you can't hear anything when loaded into a cartridge. Also, the volume of powder that is used to fill the casing can make a dramatic difference in weight and sound.

    • @dunxy
      @dunxy 5 месяцев назад

I think he was mistaken (not up to this part yet) and actually meant the inert rounds not loaded with powder, normally loaded with a bb or the like to rattle, are clearly different when shaken. I agree its not always possible to tell a live round by shaking the powder because some are loaded with wads or near 100% capacity. What is easily done is to weigh the round, projectiles should be of known weight and cases are generally close assuming they're made by the same manufacturer.

Clearly this set had major issues brought on by producers attempting to make a quick and cheap production film, so much so, that several members of the set walked off hours before the tragedy. The entire set was too lax. Target shooting out in the middle of nowhere during down time is not unreasonable, but using work props to do so is. An armorer shouldn't be so saddled with responsibilities and low pay that safety is compromised, and she should have been diligent at all costs, but she wasn't, but neither were any of the other responsible parties. I now understand why a case has been brought against Alec Baldwin. As an investigator myself of many years, I simply cannot dismiss sabotage. And this young inexperienced and immature young woman would be the perfect armorer to get past if a disgruntled employee wanted revenge. It's all so very sad.

The whole gun safety rules thing don't apply to filming movies SMFH...Because if they did they would never draw a weapon, its a movie supposed to represent the situation of cowboys shooting each other...Not a problem when the gun is loaded with inert rounds, the whole problem is the live rounds and the NEGLIGENCE of the armourer allowing LIVE ROUNDS to be loaded into this gun. Its pure negligence, not a mere accident. Whoever brung the live rounds is to blame along with the person who allowed them to be loaded into the gun, the latter is a known thing as its the armorer! I love how the lady at the defence table keeps smiling when the prosecutor is just crushing it. You can tell she’s thinking, “Damn, that B*** is goooood!!” LOL

She looks a whole lot better with her hair looking normal and her makeup neat and attractive. I'm surprised how awful she was put together and working on the movie set looking like she was (I don't have the proper words but you can look for yourself and understand what I mean)

If Hannah was not guilty of tampering with evidence then why was the gun empty when Hannah handed it over to the sheriff?!

Whether thr ammunition came from her or not, it was her responsibility to check each and every round used on set and maintain safety. She utterly failed to do her job responsibly and should be held accountable. All she had to do was do her job properly and responsibly and the victim would be alive today.
