In my opinion Newfies are the best dogs in the world, lovely calm animals, gorgeous faces and eyes and full of love, beautiful creatures ! God was having a good day when he made the Newfie. x
Newfoundland dogs are the very best dog for famillys with small children .....It was no coincident that ANNA the loving caregiver dog in peter pan was a newfoundland.
@utilizator333 I have one since I was 7, and she has never bitten me or anyone or done anything aggressive. I had another dog, was a mixture of German shepherd and another race, and that was more aggressive, but did nothing agressive. I think it's the personality of each dog, but all the dogs I have had, particularly, have never been aggressive. And in the future, if I had a son, I would have another Newfoundland.
I'm planning to become a proud owner of a baby newfie next spring. Could anyone please advise me on how much I should count on spending in premium dog food on a monthly basis and which brands you would advise me buying? Thanks in advance, cheers.
